Not one to usually leave reviews. I stopped by their tent to get 2 rock chips repaired and they are as visible as they were before the attempted rock chip repair. $109 later and I'm not satisfied. Not the owners fault because years back I stopped there and had a rock chip repaired and you couldn't even tell that there was a rock chip ever there. I put this blame on the repairer.

Doors got messed up in power outage and manual releases were used and all needed reset. Called Precision and Jason O was on site within 90 minutes. Very professional attitude and got right to work resetting the first door. I asked if he would mind teaching me how to reset the parameters myself. He was glad to [patiently] teach me, as well as assist me in writing down the specific steps. Then in 100 degree heat he guided me though the process on the second door, and made sure I understood the steps. His customer service was awesome. And the extra 10 minutes that time he spent teaching me to do simple adjustments myself is invaluable to both Precision and myself by saving everyone time and money. Cost to me; ZERO. Thank you Jason and Precision Door. 7-10-24

Terrible customer service. By the way they don't replace windshields only repair! Probably wouldn't recommend them, no definitely wouldn't recommend!!!!
