I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience with a credit union until I came here on November 22, 2022. I initiating a wire transfer to a "sister" credit union and was recommended to come to this credit union to do so. First I was there from 10:39 am to 11:30 am before I was helped - there was ONE other person and me in the entire bank. When another female came up front to "help" me, she immediately started griping that the check amount I wanted to deposit into my brother's account at his credit union was "over the limit" and then she started asking me all kinds of questions related to his account, like his member number, what was on the back of his card, etc. I contacted him, got all the information and worked diligently to answer her questions regarding my CASHIERS CHECK from Wells Fargo and depositing the money into his credit union account which was a "sister" credit union to PrimeSource. After sitting there for many minutes with her, it became apparent that she did not want to do the work or contact the other credit union with regards to the transaction. She asked me a few more questions and finally told me she couldn't help me put the money INTO his account - even though the Wells Fargo branch I took the money out of was only a couple blocks away! She made no effort whatsoever to try to help me get the transaction done and was basically lazy, did not want to do anything extra because I was not a member, just trying to deposit money in my brother's account at a "sister" credit union. Needless to say, after an hour and forty-five minutes I had completely had it with how I was treated and the lack of professionalism or concern on her part. All she kept telling me is that HE would have to contact his credit union and there was nothing she could do to help me. This was not a small amount of money like a hundred dollars by any means and I was absolutely disgusted with her response to me. I had been looking for a local bank in which to do business as well and I would never put my money in this credit union or request a loan from them as the customer service was awful and I was disgusted with the absolute laziness I encountered. I went to the competition and received excellent and prompt service to get the issue resolved within 30 minutes and was on my way. Customer service is IMPORTANT no matter who you are working with - don't be a jerk because you are having a bad day....will never step foot in this credit union again.

Every time I call I spend a good chunk of time on hold. Apple Pay was just added to users of PrimeSource cards. Absolutely ridiculous that I couldn’t use it before. PrimeSource also doesn’t offer tap to pay cards. And now before I can use my own money (on a Visa debit) I have to call them (PrimeSource) to allow my money to be used via Apple Pay. What a joke. With only 3 locations in Spokane it’s always out of my way, really no true centralized location especially for Valley and Liberty Lake communities. Shared branching banks are also always struggling with PS. There are set limits to spending per day so any larger transactions I do need to be on a credit card. An absolute pain for a credit union. I’m seriously considering transferring to STCU.

I became a never because of car payments. Melodee was awesome is getting me into a new better car, with good rates. I only wish they were either open on Saturday, or had updated ATMs that accepted cash deposits. Everyone is super nice and helpful!

Recently got a car for the first time and searching for the best option to to turn in my payment. Shirley stopped at nothing to help me find the best option. Checking with her supervisor for the most detailed and correct information possible. I threw a few wrenches in but she ended up giving me the most convenient option, that was suitable for me. Very amazing knowing how much i can rely on them with something as serious as this. GIVE THAT WOMEN A RAISE!!!

I have a new car loan with then since March 2019. I got it through Northtown Auto Liquidators. I've had nothing but trouble with both of them since. I also live out of town & wish they had a better system set up to make payments online.

garbage credit union. they make it next to impossible to get your money out. only open during the week untill 5. one time I pulled a good bit of money out and they wanted to play 20 questions on what the money was for.

I've been a member here for nearly 20 years. And each year it gets worse. It took them almost a year to put my husband's name on the account and when they finally managed it, it was the wrong account. They were unable to figure out how to create a business account so I had to use another bank. They send out your credit card during the month it expires each year so that month you can't use your credit card (it always says card expired). There are numerous other issues as well. Very disappointing.

Love their service; it seems like I'm always in a hurry and they take care of my transactions fast! Last month I received a little inheritance so I came in to get their advice.... I ended up putting the money into a certificate where the interest was much higher! The rate was guaranteed too! I highly recommend PrimeSource CU.

Happy to be finished with these guys. Some employees are helpful while others are completely incompetent. Due to my working hours I had to leave my car payment in the drop box most times. They deemed my payment late TWICE because they either left it in the box or lost it entirely. I call it to their attention and I was told the manager would call me... they never did. Car is paid off and I left the area. Good riddance.
