This pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!!! I've never used a pharmacy that is so rude and inconsiderate! Plus it's almost like they make it there duty to lie to you! Making you drive back and forth wasting your gas and time!!!!! I can't count how many times I've received a phone call with a mag that my meds are ready. I get there to find nothing is ready and not even started yet! If you tell someone their meds are ready or will be in an hr... then they should be ready! And I almost always get there almost 2 hrs later giving them plenty of time, only to find that they aren't even started yet or they tell me they are counting them and is gonna be 2 MORE HRS!? Seriously! Why would it take a trained pharmacist 2 hrs to count 30-60 pills! Your either a liar or you need a new profession! I am now going to change my pharmacy back to Safeway! I may have to drive further but at least I know when they call and tell me my meds are ready... they are actually ready!

Horrible pharmacy never have my prescriptions ready even when i call in advance and when I need help they don't make any effort to help I have a seizure disorder and they make it stressful to get medication belive the pharmacists name is David and he is awful in costumer service and just rude it says my prescriptions are done then when I show up on the day and time it says it's ready or they don't have the medication and this medication is life and death for me rite aid should ashamed of there pharmacy team

This used to be a great pharmacy until the spring when there was a big staff turn over. I have had endless issues with filling prescription and being turned away for vaccines. I am in the process of moving my prescriptions to the Millwood Safeway. I was recently able to get a vaccine there that the Rite Aid pharmacist didn't have the time to do. I am hoping for a better experience!

My daughter is pregnant and has covid. I tried to called the store multiple times to make sure her prescriptions were ready before I drove across town to get them. No one answered any line there and I waited on hold with the pharmacy for 25 MINUTES and finally gave up and just drove there. The pharmacy tech had no idea how to listen to provider voice-mail to see if it had been called in. The pharmacist finally did it and saidthere was no.message from them. I had to call my daughters OB office and have them call again. Horrible customer service. I know for a fact her Dr had called it in earlier. I waited in the store for it to be filled and for much of that time. I was the only customer in the store!! No one bothers to answer the phone, they just let it ring!! The cashier said- oh. Phone line must be broken. Seriously????

I went into the store to get a Covid booster as they advertise walk-in appointments. The pharmacist told me I had to book online. I used my phone there in the store and even though it showed many appointments available, it would not let me book them. I asked the pharmacist if he could book them for me as there seemed to be an error. He said no, I had to call in. I called and the phone system ended up routing me back to David, the same pharmacist I talked to when I was in the store. He said I couldn't call the store I had to call the corporate number. I asked for that number and rather than looking it up for me, he hung up on me. I found the corporate number and called their main line and wouldn't you know it, they told me to go into the store and see the pharmacist if I was having issues booking online! Needless to say, I booked at Walgreens. Walgreen's system worked and was easy. No wonder RiteAid is on the brink of bankruptcy.

This Pharmacy has very poor service. Every time, and I do mean literally every time my dogs prescription runs out they “never receive” her new prescription from our vet. Even though our ver send us verification of the prescription being sent, then my vet physically has to call it in, multiple times, before they finally receive it. Absolutely ridiculous!

The Customer Service at the Pharmacy in this location has declined in recent months. If you have other RX options, I would use those first. The rest of store and its associates are always great.

Won't fill my prescription after being in line for ten minutes behind two customers while two other employees just shut the blinds. I finally get up front and they say they are officially closed. Store a manger says they should not have done that and was going to help me out but they closed their (two) registers and had pulled them so she could not anymore. Seems the pharmacist was in a huge hurry to leave. Sent be to a different pharmacy (I had to personally call to get the prescriptions transferred) and they didn't even have my meds they had to order them so I missed my window of when I was supposed to take my prescription. I won't ever be back

This pharmacy is a nightmare if you need your meds filled on time. Meds are consistently days late or unfilled entirely, and are much more likely to get filled if you sit in the chair and smile at them awkwardly. If you call they will not be ready, you have to just go and sit and smile. The male manager of this pharmacy is unpleasant under most circumstances, and downright rude if you say "Hey there mister manager guy, why do I have to call every day for a week to get my same meds filled every month?'' If you avoid conflict like the plague, this place will provide regular opportunities to practice your assertiveness/conflict resolution skills. The practice is good for me, or I'd leave. There is currently a younger female employee who is pleasant and competent tho still learning, but turnover is high and I doubt she'll stay long. The young man at the front of the store is pleasant and helpful.

Great place to find not only general goods and pharmaceutical drugs/over the counter drugs but they also have seasonal gifts most of the time on discount. Great location too right off the freeway.

I am changing pharmacys after having multiple issues with this one. I have been going here forever but in the last few months they have lost my prescriptions, sent me a text that it was ready when it was not, and told me my insurance didn’t cover medications that it in fact did cover. Don’t go here unless you want to be frustrated and without your important prescriptions.

The last straw was after I forgot to pick up a prescription due to my mother being in the hospital for 2 weeks, they couldn't figure out a way to report that I never actually picked up the prescription and refill it again. They were rude when I talked to them, first said there was nothing they could do, then said they would call the insurance company for an override and never did. I transferred it to another store and they got it done no problem so I'm not sure what the issue is with this location.

This is by far the cleanest Rite Aid I've been to and at the time of our visit there weren't any 'questionable' folks hanging out. The store close to me is pretty sketchy in that regard. All the supplies we were looking for were in stock and the gentleman working the register was pretty friendly. Plenty of easy parking out front as well. Good visit.
