I've been coming to this pharmacy for well over 10 years. I've never had any problems. I think a lot of people are just impatient and rude so they like to write bad reviews.

Came in over an hour after the prescription was placed. Was told it would take 30 more min to fill, it hasn’t been busy but has taken over an hour to fill at this point. Wouldn’t recommend this location if you want to actually pick up a prescription in any reasonable amount of time.

Absolutely the worst! I have been calling both pharmacy and store, and no one answers. I have been on hold with their stupid message, for over a half hour. I sure know that they are not busy nor are they helping customers. Absolutely the worst customer relations or service I have seen in a long time. Shame on u, if your open, then handle your business. Answer your phones

This is the rudest rite aid pharmacy I have ever stepped foot in! My Dr and insurance provider said that this pharmacy is lucky I went on bed rest because had I gone into labor over the weekend and something happened to myself or my baby this pharmacy location could have faced major legal ramifications. I had to get a prescription transferred to this store from my regular store because it was out of stock. And when I called to check on the transfer the snappy woman asked what the prescription was and I told her, well she apparently took it upon herself to only put in half of the RX dosage, not the correct amount that had been sent from my Dr and approved from insurance. So then there was a pre approval issue with my insurance. I was supposed to start this medication on Friday, incase I go into labor so that I don't bleed out, so it's literally a life and death prescription for my baby and I. This script was sent 10 days ago and I still don't have it because of this pharmacy's incompetence. Anyway, after they refused to rerun the script and were beyond rude, I said I needed advice on how to proceed. They told me to call my Dr. Office. So I did. The Dr. Office told me to call the pharmacy and tell them to call the Dr's. Office to sort out the approval issue. I did this and the same rude woman answered the phone and said they wouldn't call the Dr's office and it was against their policy. So here I am, transferring back to my original pharmacy and just waiting on the order, and hoping I don't go into labor before it is in, because this pharmacy is the most disgusting display of human decency. I hope this location is shut down, these people are going to get someone seriously injured or killed. They do not deserve these jobs.

This stores gonna be next in line for closing after downtown last time this store even said my prescription was ready was in June every time they said was out and will be notified when filled days will go by and weeks nothing I gotta call to remind someone to fill it so if you need a prescription and their out go somewhere else you won't be notified when it's filled and last time being June is proof it got so bad I see the doctor they send it in and days later I can get the prescription and if the doctor knew that I wouldn't be able to get mine anymore because your not supposed to have any more meds than the day after you see the doctor so they know your taking them or incase you miss an appointment you can see them the next day and have your meds for that day no more than that also tell them to answer the phone take notes from downtown they didn't and you know next month this stores gonna be the same soon sucks for the good employees if you have any that is

They risking patients with diabetes. My father has been waiting for insulin for 3 weeks. After they have called him to pick it up, when he gets there say it isnt ready. And they are now saying he needs to have the new prescription.

I was prescribed two antibiotics from the ER for an infection. I filled the prescriptions at Rite Aid on a Friday, by Sunday I was starting to feel better. By Monday I was feeling worse than when the infection started. I couldn’t figure out why. I finally figured out that the pharmacy actually put two different medications in one pill bottle. I was actually taking 2.5x the amount of one of the antibiotics instead of taking two different ones. Once I realized their error, I went into the pharmacy. There was no apology and also no manager. They replaced the wrong medication with the right one but now I’m sicker than I was originally. My entire body hurts (all my joints and muscles) and I feel like I went one step ahead to go three steps back. They weren’t able to get ahold of the dr and gave me no instructions on how to proceed. The manager of the pharmacy was the one who filled my prescription and it was also signed off by other employees saying they checked it. Apparently they cut corners on their checks and balances. I recommend a different pharmacy.

I step above what you would expect from a typical neighborhood drug store. Obviously, you are familiar with what you would get at your typical CVS or Walgreens. I found this to be a step above. Not only was the store, very clean, well stocked, but the employees went out of their way to make sure that I found everything that I needed. exceptional location the management team should be very proud of not only their store but their staff. They made a very good impression. Unfortunately I’m not from the state otherwise this would be my local neighborhood drug store.

I have had this pharmacy violate hipaa law twice regarding my patient information and medication. This pharmacy should be shut down or completely restaffed, they are lucky to not have had legal ramifications to the behavior I have seen the staff exhibit. Rite Aid as a company has serious liability issues keeping it open with current staff. If you would like to be treated like an addict, or have your name, medication, doctors name, discussed with anyone who has ears within the pharmacy area, I suggest you find a different pharmacy. This is if the pharmacist doesn’t just simply override your doctor and refuse to fill your prescriptions. Remember, It is not a pharmacists job to question whether you need the medication you have been prescribed, and no one should ever be made to feel guilty for simply picking up a prescribed medication.

My teenagers doctor sent a prescription to this rite aid for ADHD medication two months ago. I waited a week and received no communication from rite aid regarding this. I tried calling but no no one in the pharmacy ever picks up the phone. I went in and I was told the medication was out of stock.I followed up on this several times. Each time, I was told that they will fill prescriptions in the order received once the medication is back in stock. My son had to finish his freshman year without the medication he needs for school.I checked on it again today while I was picking up my own prescriptions. I was told they had just enough medication in stock to fill it, and it was filled while I waited. I was told they could not hold this prescription if I didn’t have time to wait.I find it unbelievable that they just happened to have the medication to fill it on the same day I checked on this, after almost two months of waiting. I feel that rite aid has been filling prescriptions that arrived after my son’s, before his was filled. They would have never filled it if I didn’t ask again. I don’t feel this store cares about their patients.

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!!! I've never used a pharmacy that is so rude and inconsiderate! Plus it's almost like they make it there duty to lie to you! Making you drive back and forth wasting your gas and time!!!!! I can't count how many times I've received a phone call with a mag that my meds are ready. I get there to find nothing is ready and not even started yet! If you tell someone their meds are ready or will be in an hr... then they should be ready! And I almost always get there almost 2 hrs later giving them plenty of time, only to find that they aren't even started yet or they tell me they are counting them and is gonna be 2 MORE HRS!? Seriously! Why would it take a trained pharmacist 2 hrs to count 30-60 pills! Your either a liar or you need a new profession! I am now going to change my pharmacy back to Safeway! I may have to drive further but at least I know when they call and tell me my meds are ready... they are actually ready!

Horrible pharmacy never have my prescriptions ready even when i call in advance and when I need help they don't make any effort to help I have a seizure disorder and they make it stressful to get medication belive the pharmacists name is David and he is awful in costumer service and just rude it says my prescriptions are done then when I show up on the day and time it says it's ready or they don't have the medication and this medication is life and death for me rite aid should ashamed of there pharmacy team

My daughter is pregnant and has covid. I tried to called the store multiple times to make sure her prescriptions were ready before I drove across town to get them. No one answered any line there and I waited on hold with the pharmacy for 25 MINUTES and finally gave up and just drove there. The pharmacy tech had no idea how to listen to provider voice-mail to see if it had been called in. The pharmacist finally did it and saidthere was no.message from them. I had to call my daughters OB office and have them call again. Horrible customer service. I know for a fact her Dr had called it in earlier. I waited in the store for it to be filled and for much of that time. I was the only customer in the store!! No one bothers to answer the phone, they just let it ring!! The cashier said- oh. Phone line must be broken. Seriously????
