I have to say Carson, it's secure itself, storage Barker, has been the best customer service I've ever had with any person. This man is worth his weight in gold and deserves is much money as the company can pay him he has always been courteous kind and helpful. I just thought I should say that and let the company know.

Jamie was AMAZING!!! She helped us get a tow truck when we locked our keys in the truck in the middle of winter in the rain and kept us inside and warm while we waited. The place was clean and service (Jamie) was always friendly! Thank you so much!!!

Lanze Douglas is the owner of this location. I along with several others had their vehicles broken into and robbed back in November 2024. They stole everything out of our RV, cut out the catalytic convertor, stole the license plates and even siphoned our gas tank. Total damage was over 7k for just my vehicle. Secure it promised us they had camera's positioned directly into the lots and they would scour them and find out who was to blame. Fast forward many months, not only has Lanze Douglas never called or had anyone from secure storage call to apologize but he refuses to accept any responsibility at all. If you were affected by this break in and robbery and would like to join forces to make this right please reach out to me.

I was referred here by a family member after using many other storage facilities in Spokane and I couldn’t be happier. My first impression was the impeccable customer service I received from Carson. He was able to help me find exactly what I need and answered all my questions! I’m very happy with the security provided with this business, that I did not get at the other facilities. I know exactly where to go if I need another storage unit, Secure It Self Storage!

Came into the office and the employee was dealing with a lot of customers. They made sure that I wasn't forgotten about and ended up getting a great deal on storage with 3rd months rent completely free! Would highly recommend this place based on their great customer service.

Was told I would be good to pull my stuff out of storage without owing another month, pulled all my stuff out and was told I would still have to pay another month even though I was told twice that I was good to vacate.

I know someone who was keeping a camper trailer outside at this facility. Someone either knew the code or broke into the “secure” storage and stole their 22 foot trailer. Police are involved. Definitely not a secure storage facility.

We have our trailer there, and last winter stored our boat there also. When we went to grab our bot the top had been ripped off, and it had very obviously been rummaged through and things stolen. (My husband could tell just driving up to it). There was standing water in it. He spoke to the person there, they told him they did hourly rounds (it had been done much more than an hour previous to finding it.). Just went and grabbed our trailer for the weekend and every storage hatch had been pried open--went to speak with the on call person again and they said it had been like that "for weeks" and they figured we were "airing it out." We had used our camper just a week before, and the doors were very obviously pried open. So much for hourly rounds and a quick phone call heads up. I understand that things happen, but why do we pay for storage and why do they even tell us someone's rounding on our things? And lie to our faces when called out on it? Would NOT recommend, we're looking for a new spot.
