Made a reservation for a Friday move in. The facility contacted me and said they needed to move it to Saturday and I agreed. I let them know I was on the way for my Saturday move in (with a fully packed up truck), she sent me a text 15 minutes from my move in time saying she needed to cancel. Her excuse was they were stuck on the pass. I checked and both passes were clear. Very unprofessional.

I have had my car stored here for about 1.5 years. I have never ran into any issues, it is safe and gated. I would definitely recommend going with them. And I would definitely use them again in the future

Get more space for the same price as other storage units. Sealed containers means no vermin or bugs. Secured. Central location. I recommend this storage facility.
