What a great time I had here! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I could have spent an hour in Sephora, but maybe next time! I walked away with what I wanted and some samples too!

I should have made a review sooner but here it goes, my experience a few months ago was WONDERFUL. I came in and asked for some help in finding the perfect skincare as I struggle a lot with oily skin, acne and redness. I had two absolutely amazing people help me, I cannot remember their names but one lady had short blonde hair and the other person had glasses and was the esthetician I believe. Both gave me a cleanser recommendation as well as some skincare products to help other areas. I cannot thank them enough for recommending the "Sephora: Clean Skin Gel" as it literally saved my skin and is also…AFFORDABLE! Today's my third time repurchasing it and I couldnt be happier. Plus, I dont want to visit any other Sephora anymore! This is the one!

All I can say is Omar. He's a gift, I have never been correctly shade matched before his gifted eyes saw my skin! He has extensive knowledge and an obviously amazing eye for color. Customer service 10/10 satisfaction 10/10. I wish I had found Omar sooner.

I had my small and very active son in tow, who desperately needed a nap. Came in to find a “my daughters hair is a mess please help me fine a solution” and was helped by a gentleman whom I didn’t catch his name but deserves to be remembered (dark hair, brown eyes, well groomed beard). Please forgive me for having to resort to this description alone. Gentle, listened, very helpful with my child, very informative. I left knowing how to care for my daughter’s hair. For this I am thankful. May this find you with a smile.

Customer service and selection! I took my daughter here at her request and we were immediately greeted and offered assistance in locating an item. My daughter was looking for a particular lip balm and the young lady took us to the display in the store where the lip balm was at. Unfortunately, the "flavor" my daughter was looking for was out. The young lady went to check back stock and brought back the one my daughter was looking for and suggested a product to compliment it, which we purchased as well. Very pleased how the service was at this store!

My sister and I had the pleasure of being helped by Omar. I can't say enough about how he made us feel. We are both In our 50's. Your needs change in makeup/ skin care. He spent all the time we needed to find all the right skin prep, makeup. But it was more than that .His whole concern was just to make us happy. And teach us how to apply the makeup on our forever changing skin. Because at every age you still want to look good. He gets that. I wish I knew who to contact in corporate to let them know this was the best experience my sister and I have ever had in a Sephora. Maybe someone will read this and give him his accolades . He should be traveling and teaching other employees how to give this service. He is in Spokane mall see him for exceptional service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had the pleasure of re-meeting an absolute gem of an employee at Sephora, and his name is Omar. I actually met Omar about 5 years ago while he was working at another makeup store in the area. I will go where he goes! Walking into the store, I was immediately greeted by his warm smile and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional shopping experience.What truly impresses me about Omar is his extensive knowledge of beauty products and his genuine passion for helping customers. Despite being a male employee in a predominantly female-oriented industry, he exuded confidence and expertise that surpassed any preconceived notions I may have had. His dedication to his craft and commitment to providing top-notch service were truly remarkable.My most recent trip was to look for makeup products for my mom—I am extremely picky when it comes to her. Throughout our interaction with Omar, he demonstrated a deep understanding of skincare and makeup products, offering personalized recommendations tailored to my mom’s specific needs. I was only buying a $22 eyebrow pencil and asked if someone could show me how best to use it. They asked Omar, who left the register and very clearly explained what he was doing while he drew a great brow on me. He was even gracious when my sisters criticized the intensity of the brow! Great experience, thanks to Omar.

I visited this Sephora for the first time last weekend. The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. I had an impromptu facial which was great and will definitely return.

The store was cute, clean, easy access but most importantly the employees made me feel so confident and happy in the store. Specifically Omar was the best employee and deserves a raise because he was phenomenal and showed me so much kindness (nudge nudge wink wink @ management)
