Can't walk down the aisles cause shoes are thrown about. Employees standing around or scrolling on phones. Very poor customer experience.

Good shoes. Walked in no one said hi. Checking out card read had an error employee just stared at computer, had to ask what the issue was. Then got to run card again. I don't mind the problems. There was no need for the rudeness.

Refused patrons into the store 15 minutes until closed, as well as closing both metal doors while us patrons were inside finishing our purchases. I had been in the store since 6 pm and was not able to purchase the sandels I picked out.

I had a horrible experience here the workers kept on just following us around the store and just watching us from the moment we got there. At first we thought that they were just walking around doing their job but we realized that they were really just around us this specific worker I didn’t catch her name but she’s an older lady with glasses she just made our experience horrible we didn’t end up buying the shoes we wanted to get because of how uncomfortable she made me and my sister feel at store

While I love this show store, shoes are good quality and typically customer service is always great, tonight really sucked. The lady that help us with bluish hair was very unwelcoming... She never greated us or asked if we were ready, absolute silence while checking out and I had to ask her to put my number in for points because she never asked me... Just poor customer service from her over all... Love the store, never have had an issue before... So just a little disappointing...

We waited for someone at the register for 10 minutes after walking around the store twice trying to find a worker. Once a worker came to the counter, she, “Alyssa” slammed a pair of shoes on the counter and said nothing to us the entire encounter. Once the total popped up on the screen I asked if I could use the coupon under my number and she gave us a dirty look and then didn’t even redeem the coupon and got mad when she had to retype in my number to redeem in. Her customer service skills are invisible and her attitude is beyond rude. Having a worker like this is tough on a thriving company, do better Alyssa, do better!

Bought some boots that were market as luxury leather but after only a week or two of normal wear they are super scuffed and have a chunk taken out of them. Leather doesn't do that. They also wont stand behing their products at all and said I am out of luck.

Would NOT recommend. Daughters shoes fell apart 27 days after purchasing. The manager Charlie stated they aren’t meant to “run all around”. Not sure what running shoes are for then? Customer service is a joke at the email and 800#. They just give you the run around. Will NEVER purchase from this company again.

I went to shoe encore and Bailey was awful to me. She was incredibly rude and made me feel very unwelcome. When I needed help she offered no assistance where the other associates did. I will not be coming back after my encounter with her.
