The staff mixed up my car with somebody else's claiming that my horn didn't work. They messed up the paperwork making us wait longer than we needed to. Overall, the staff seemed very aloof and no sense of urgency. I did leave with what I needed. But other than that, not satisfied.

I had my ignition interlock put in at sounds on wheels on Indiana Avenue in Spokane, Washington, and they were thorough and had excellent customer service!
