Many guests found it quiet and would highly recommend it for its value and location, considering it worth a short drive. The property is in a very cool, out-of-the-way location in an industrial park, away from a lot of traffic, with ample parking for larger vehicles. The pool and hot tub are great. Guest experiences with the rooms were generally positive, often described as clean with nice beds and perfect pillows, with everything in working order. However, some guests reported issues, including receiving the wrong room or a room not being ready at check-in, a weird musky smell, dated decor, a door that wouldn't close properly, or a problematic air conditioning unit that staff promptly fixed. While the hotel is often seen as a great place, some felt it was average and wished for rooms to be updated and cleaned more thoroughly. The complimentary breakfast is okay and good with basic choices, but opinions varied. Some found it had a nice variety, while others felt the selection was lacking, needed more variety, and needed to change daily, occasionally finding items not restocked. A convenient store area is open 24 hours, and the pool, though signs say 24 hours, closes at 11pm. Overall, most interactions with staff were pleasant, accommodating, and helpful, from check-in to checkout. Many guests reported a decent value for the money and would look to stay again or recommend the property.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet, and the staff is excellent - friendly and professional. The breakfast is okay, It needs more variety, and needs to change every day. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Spokane or CDA, Idaho. It is worth the short drive.

WE spent about 16 days here the staff was awesome the places was super clean. The pool and hot tub was great place over all can not say enough about how great this place is. The location of this place is very cool it is in a industrial park so it was out of the way of a lot of traffit

Did not get the right room and the 2nd room was not ready for check in at 9pm. Staff tried to fix the room but was unsure of what to do. My family had to wait about an hour for their room. I will not stay at this chain anymore.
