Staff was highly communicative and repairs were completed far, far sooner than the estimate from the repair shop we initially went to. Low price was a very pleasant surprise, especially with what services were required. I definitely recommend and will be back should it ever be necessary. 5/5

I am very impressed with Spokane Hyundai. I went for an oil change and the crew were friendly and helpful. The waiting room was comfortable. The finance guru even helped me sign up for a maintenance warranty program that I had been shopping for. Thank you to all the employees for a pleasant visit, I will definitely be back.

My sonata limited blew an engine at 60000 miles. They took over 3 months to put a refurbished motor in. Finally got it back and it looked like it was trashed through to find receipts for past services ( they were in the glove department) and left motor grease all over my drivers door. Steve in the service department was very nice though.

I wanted to leave a review for Robert of Spokane Hyundai, when my motor blew 2 1/2 months ago he got my car in so fast and set up my warranty replacement process and even got me a loaner car to transport my daughter in! He answered any questions I had and was super communicative! I highly recommend him to everyone!

Spokane Hyundai in my book is the best dealership and service center I have come across. We purchased a Hyundai a year or so ago from Becker Buick in Spokane, who we will not purchase a car from again due to many reasons, but that is a review on its own. We needed a security update on the car to renew insurance. Our dealer we purchased from was unhelpful in telling us where and how to get the update, and told us we had to go somewhere else because it essentially wasn't their problem anymore. Needing this update quickly we went to Spokane Hyundai and were greeted with friendly knowledgeable workers that fixed us up. They got us the update, and went above and beyond in helping. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the service was fast. They even took a look at our other features in the car and made sure we didn't need anything else to qualify for insurance. I have purchased cars from a few dealerships across town, and dealt with many service centers, but my experience with Spokane Hyundai has been the best out of all of them. It is clear that this dealership is ran and operated by hardworking, honest, and caring people. Thank you Spokane Hyundai for your help!

This place is pretty lit.... literary. Don't think the fire department appreciates it though. Bring your car in for service if you have nothing to loose. Two stars just because I have a good sense of humor.

Great service department. I was expecting to be waiting until 5 pm, but they finished all my required services by 2 pm. Robert explained everything that they did and that I probably woneed any major work for another 100K miles. He also told me to text him if another automotive shop told me I needed work done.I live in Michigan, but I come out to Spokane 2-3 times a year to visit family. I have been getting a checkup with Spokane Hyundai before driving back. I feel safe after their work to drive 2-3K miles home.I highly recommend Spokane Hyundai.

My husband and I have been casually looking at pickups, but haven’t been in a hurry to buy. Our situation changed suddenly and we needed to buy quickly. We live in the Seattle area but had our eye on a few trucks at Spokane Hyundai, so I got in touch with Jolynn Wandler and she made our shopping experience amazing! She checked out every pickup firsthand and was completely transparent about the condition and history of each one. She never pressured us (in fact, we first explored options with Jolynn over a year ago) or tried to push us toward a different vehicle (which I’ve experienced at dealerships in the past). When we decided on “the one,” she started preparing for the sale while I was on my way to Spokane, so by the time I got there, the actual buying process went super quickly. And best of all, I drove away with a pickup we absolutely love! If you live in the Spokane area and are looking for a new car and a great experience, go to Spokane Hyundai and ask for Jolynn!

My experience with Spokane Hyundai has not been very good. At least with the communication part of knowing what is going on with my truck. My transmission went out in my truck and Spokane was able to get it and let me know the next step in the process. That was great. I sent a few emails and no one responded to them. I called a few times in the first week to see what the status was and no one returned my call. Finally I received a call at the end of the week with what was going on with my truck. The guy I spoke to said he would call me the following Monday or Tuesday with a possible ETA on my truck. He said that parts are hard to get. Totally get that. The next week came and I never received a call so then Thursday of that week I called and wanted to know what the status was. I was told that oh ya your truck is almost done they had the transmission in it just needed to get programmed. He said that it should be done the next day. I told the guy that I needed to have the repair shop call my warranty company to extend the length of time for my rental as my truck was not done. The next day I never received a call until I called later in the afternoon to check the status and the guy said oh ya it is almost done so it will be done on Monday. I asked him again if he could call my warranty company to extend my rental as I had to return it on Saturday. He said that he was not able to call because they were all closed for the weekend so he could on Monday. That would not work for me. Even though I told him on Thursday that if my truck was not done I needed them to make the call to extend my rental. Long story short I had to return the rental and rely on rides until I get my truck back.Lack of communication is the major problem in this. Everyone has been polite and friendly on the phone just hard to get any information. Making sure your customers have updates is important.

Let me share my experience. I want people to be prepared going in. So, last winter I have an issue with no crank no start. I get the battery checked twice and I'm told it's still good.I receive a latter from Hyundai that my vehicle may need a fuel pump assembly and to take it in to local dealer.First off no answer at the service department. I call the next day and I explain the letter and already reluctant to help. I'm told I can't speak to a service writer because they are slammed. I'm told they will get back to to me when they can. I ask for a time frame. We don't have one. I just need to make an appointment and that's way too much to ask. I was hung up on before being able to make an appointment.I leave a message and I get a call to get an appointment. I explain the reason I am coming is because the letter I got from Hyundai. I arrive and I am acknowledged. I start speaking with Service writer Steve I believe, and he is immediately defensive because I hand him a letter that Hyundai gave me. I have another Hyundai article to share with him as it relates to this vehicle and describes the issue I'm having. He tells me he doesn't like me giving him stuff from the internet. Tells me he won't help because it's a cost to the dealer. I explain car won't start when it's cold this letter describes no crank/no start. Why would I wait until it won't start to have it towed here for an intermittent issue? He doesn't want to help so he leaves talks to someone and decides he will look at it now. I explain I'm not here for free stuff I don't understand why you are being unreasonable. I wouldn't come to the dealer for fun trust me.Another employee walks me to the waiting area and I tell him I know he's your buddy, but why is he acting that way because I handed him some articles from Hyundai related to my issue? I'm told he's having a hard time and he's like that sometimes. Not acceptable to act this way in customer service.I wait 10 mins and another guy comes over and explains the tests show it's the battery. Keep in mind I just had battery checked and was told it's good. He explains they have a deeper test that shows battery isn't good and shows me the results. I told him about the first guy and he also says that's how he is. Absolutely blows my mind you are ok with your co worker behaving that way in customer service. They seem to blow off that I was treated like shit. So battery is $350 plus tax and labor. I'm told they won't charge diagnostics. It is a common practice not to charge for diagnostics if you pay for repair so that deceptive. They have to get a battery because they don't stock em. 45 mins later Im walked out. I ask should I be concerned about the extended warranty issue or be aware of warning signs. He was busy looking at photos on his phone and said No. I wouldn't expect anything to happen. Hyundai just likes to scare people.I highly doubt Hyundai cares to take the time to send letters about known issue to your vehicle with VIN # just to scare me. I also notice they are no genuine when being nice. As soon as you ask a question they go off script and REALLY could care less to empathize with the customer. Yet I need to understand their co worker is having a hard time. Absolutely disrespectful. I could give more details but this is already way too long.Unless it's a warranty thing or this battery fails I won't come back here. They treated poorly and all I did was share my concern with my issue and the letter Hyundai sent me. Stay out of customer service if you can't be polite to customers.

I was fortunate that they could squeeze me into their busy schedule. I had a headlight out and was heading out on a long trip. They fixed the headlight and performed a recall issue. The waiting room was comfortable and clean. The service tech was professional and friendly.

My first oil change went well. A professional greeting and nice waiting room, also was surprised by how clean the shop was. As a retired dealer auto tech I am happy with this service experience.

Great service! Everyone is always making sure I’m in and out quickly which is appreciated since I usually have my littles with me. The driver of the shuttle is so kind and they all communicate so well with the guest. Robert always text me ahead of time to remind me of my visit. This team is definitely doing all the right things.

Robert has been great to work with from a service standpoint. Very communicative, always polite, really seems like he wants to go the extra distance to make sure that we are taken care of. Both my wife and I have got cars that he is the service manager for, and we couldn’t ask for someone better in our corner!

Great experience! First time ever going to Hyundai Service Center. I was taken care of quickly, honestly and everyone was very kind and personable. Robert was amazing and even helped remove some paint from my passenger side door. Now if I only could have that magical potion for at home : )
