** update to the situation: I was contacted after a few days and was told that they were having a meeting with the owner about my situation. The fault of the sales associate was acknowledged and they have reached out to me in order to fix the problem, and have agreed to send me new couch covers to match the original couch I wanted. I was told that the sales associate no longer works there, which is why it was hard for them to locate the records and find out specifics of the situation. Overall, I am happy with the end solution and thank the owner for listening to my concerns.

My daughter in law bought a sofa. Was told to go to the warehouse to pick it up, upon arriving at the warehouse was told they were out of stock that the Division location had them. Drive all the way up north (original purchase in CDA and warehouse in the Valley) only to be told they were out too and they tried to give us the dirty (very dirty and ripped) floor model. Not cool. They did make it sort of ok by giving us the floor model and a contract stating they would deliver a new one free of charge when it comes in. We shall see!UPDATE: wallaroos made good on their promise and my son & daughter-in-law have their new sofa free of charge and no hassle. The delivery guys were terrific!

IF FOR REASON YOU BACK TO CANCEL IN 1 MIN, BEWARE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE EVEN IF YOUR DELIVERY IS OUT 4 WEEKS.......BEWARE. OTHER FURNITURE STORES PROTECT CONSUMERS .THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER( IT IS A LINE THAT CONTACTS THEIR OTHER STORES ) THEY WILL TEXT YOU DURING THIS PROCESS ( TO CANCEL ) AND YOU WILL ALSO TALK TO OTHERS THAT HAVE WAYS TO COMMUNICATE ON THE SAME TEXT LINE( SOMEONE CELL PHONE) THIS WHOLE THING IS Absurd and unheard of in this type of service ?

Had a good time shopping in the store. The sales lady was nice but obviously new. She failed to go over some key aspects of the sale to include a box frames or need of a frame for the bed at all. When we returned to the store the next day to cancel our order . We we were told that there would be a 25% fee for cancellations. When we brought up the states cool-off law we were threatened with a lawyer.

We got a great deal on an awesome sectional at Wallaroo’s. Nichole was great to work with. And the quality of the furniture at Wallaroo’s is way better than anywhere else. Super happy with our purchase.

We were helped but no thanks to the owner who told us he would refuse to allow us to return the merch until we threatened legal action for breaking your own contract as well as property damages. I can assure you my review was much better than my actual opinion of wallaroos. I have informed everyone I tall with not to buy from you guys and that will not change. This is the absolute worst company I've ever come across. You should really be ashamed of how you handle your customers and your business.

We were here over a month ago. We ended up buying a recliner and loveseat. Love both of them. We paid extra for shipping and it arrived a week later. We live in Lincoln county and paid extra for the longer travel.The manager was great during the sales process. I never felt pressured to purchase anything.I had an issue with not having a receipt. They were having pc-printer issues at the time. It has now been corrected. Thank you.

I would go a negitive star if I could. The only good thing about this company so far is one girl who I've only ever worked with over the phone. I went in store was lied to about my monthly pricing. I was told one thing and at the end of the process the payment doubled and because the sales rep did everything over the pc and was on the phone at the same time I had no idea what he was doing so you can imagine my surprise when he informed my they did a hard pull on my credit score. Secondly the pricing as I mentioned monthly was later doubled and true it is my fault for trusting the sales agent with my purchase however it wasn't until after I signed an e-signature agreeing to the terms did I actually get a chance to look over my agreement. Once I got home and noticed the contract was not what we had discussed I was then informed there is nothing they can do. I said I wanted to cancel my order and there is a 25% cancelation fee even if the order has never left the store, it doesn't matter if you change your mind 5 mins later or if you were misinformed of the entire contract. So either way they are scamming you. Come to delivery because I can't cancel the order without paying close to $500 for literally nothing which I can't justify, and the guys literally damage my entire house! I tried to call the guys and the store individually several times I have yet to hear from them. I have called that lovely lady back and sent her pics as well regarding the damage and as I've said she the only thing that's good about this place. These are the biggest scammers there are! You better go in with cash and knowing what you what and not be changing your mind at all or you are getting screwed. I am beyond in awe at just how horrible any company can be. And I'm sure we have all dealt with some really terrible companies but this one tops the cake guys. I would recommend just going else where. They don't deserve you hard earned money. They scam people out of enoughUpdate: after a week and only due to posting this review did we manage to get any help and of course that wonderful lady I mentioned earlier who got us in touch with the right person. After I called the delivery guys the moment they left they refused to answer any of my calls. As did the main hayden store. So I had to call my lady friend in the company the only one who has helping me at this point and this is also when I wrote the reviewIt didn't take too long between the two to get a response but it definitely kept going back to "will you change that review" so I feel like that definitely had more impact to the entire outcome.When we first started trying to come to a "resolve" the owner (or at least that's what I'm being told) was trying to refuse me to allow me to cancel my order. This actually started since the day after I placed the order and realized none of the prices matched up and days before delivery. They showed up refused to let me cancel without paying $500 for product I would have never had and after damaging my house and even though there's a clear cancelation clause in the contract he still tried to claim we couldn't cancel. Even though at that point we even agreed to pay that ridiculous $500 amount. We just wanted to be done. I brought this up to the next best person we were talking to (we don't hear from the female ever again now we are dealing with someone high up in the chain. Both people who helped me asked to remain nameless so there is no retaliation later. Sad they even have to worry about it honestly)Anyhow they finally agreed to accept the stuff back and the now gentleman that's been helping me finally cancels my order was decent and human enough not to charge me a cancelation fee and they come and get the stuff, it's now been about 3-4 days since the delivery at this time. After several more days we finally get told the "owner" won't pay repairs unless it's on a credit card and his own people coming in or people I guess he decides. Overa

Just went in and bought a mattress and couch, customer service was great and the person who helped us ( pretty sure her name was Olivia) was great, she explained things well and gave us great recommendations.
