Sports Creel is widely considered the best ski shop in town and the only place to go in the area for skis and boots. It is a multi-generational family business with years of history, offering incredible vibes, new gear, and used gear. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and unreasonably knowledgeable, providing excellent service. They are the area's most experienced staff, with a particular wizard for boot fitting. They go out of their way to make sure feet are comfortable, working hard to figure out what is right for each specific foot, leg, and performance level without trying to upsell customers. They stand by their work, offering adjustments and helping find new boots, and they properly mount bindings. They also take old gear as trade, help get the family outfitted every year, and ensure everything fits from prior years. The goal is always to get customers the right stuff, with awesome service that includes quick repairs. The shop itself is filled with lots of love and hundreds of handmade snowflakes dangling from the ceiling.

Great ski gear with a knowledgeable staff that provides excellent service. They go out of their way to make of their way to make sure that your feet are comfortable in your ski boots, and they have the area's most experienced staff that makes sure your bindings are properly mounted.

I've gone here the past few years and picked up ski gear for my family, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I recently dropped in and asked if they could help replace a broken heel plate and they fixed me up within minutes. Awesome service and just wanted to write a review to share my positive experience.
