For anyone Looking for a good nail place in Spokane?This is the place!! Very professional very chill Super cool people And most importantly, they listen and totally exceeded my expectations. It has been so long since I have been satisfied with my nails I am very impressed and I feel so good. Finally, I can look at my hands and love the way they look. The price was very reasonable I feel blessed I found this place. By far the best if you want flawless professional top notch look to your nail game this place hiding in valley by Sullivan (Mongolian bbq) the owners are cool that's who did mine 😁

Gordon is the absolute best!!! He does such a good job on my nails every time I come in. All the staff is so friendly and they don't rush. I've been coming here for years. They are affordable and the work is great!!!
Gordon takes great pride in his salon and it really shows.

Do not recommend
They didn't give me what I asked for i asked for a specific length (short almond ) and they gave me the exact opposite long almond 😳 it was rude. They didn't communicate either they just went on about it and it passed me off they cured like five pieces of hair in my nails 🤢 which hot noticed by a couple people
Do not go here unless u want ur nails to look like a price of crap🙂

This was my third time going to their salon I really enjoy the quiet non rushed experience we go on Mondays as it's my husband's day off and it's peaceful!
I love how they are open to my designs I bring in and never disappoint!
It took 3hrs total for me and my husband but we enjoyed it and not being rushed..

Received a gift certificate for her so I got a full set with gel and a gel pedi. The full set was $60 at most and the #2 pedi was $45. Gordon did my full set and took his time, was gentle, and asked how I liked the shape as he was working on my nails. Vicky did my pedi and it was okay but for the price it was excellent as far as gel polish and shaping goes. I wish she would've done more maintenance during the pedi so it wasn't my favorite place for a pedi, I still had calluses because she didn't do anything for them even though it was included in my package and my feet were not jacked up so they should've been soft. If you care more about the look of the pedi for a good price then this is the place to go but if you want more relaxation or maintenance you might not be thrilled. I will for sure come back for full sets though and pedis when I want to do gel because I easily have spent $120 for the same services elsewhere. $105 for everything was a good price in my opinion. The salon chairs are comfy, the overall salon is not fancy though but I could care less about that as long as everything is clean, which it was! They have an atm inside if you want to pay with cash which is what they prefer but you don't have to pay cash. Overall, good experience and I'll be back!

Not a good experience. It was like he just wanted to not be there. Rough and in a hurry. Polish is weird. Asked for my pinky toe to be fixed. There was polish all over it and a piece of skin he cut hanging off. The lady who was asked to fix it removed polish off my skin. I asked for the nail to be fixed and she very rudely told me it was just skin. Well.. it wasn't there before and I paid you to remove it. I bled on a few toes. The black speck on my big toes is a scab. I saw no cleaning of utensils except for in my dirty foot water. ? never again. Oh and them being super upset I didn't have cash. I get it cash is great, but I don't always have time. My debit/credit card was un-welcomed here.

I've been to this place a few times and am done. They are under staffed but yet will take walk-ins when there are already numerous people waiting for service. Apparently their objective is to make as much money as they can by handling three people to one employee. I'm not okay with this. I work hard for my money and expect to be treated respectfully just like anyone else.

Incredibly clean. Very nice. I have very ticklish feet and the person who helped saw that and did their best to still provide the amazing pedicure without causing my ticklish feet to lose it. Lol.5 stars!!!!My wife loved how clean it was. They were very attentive and got us taken care of!!!
