My family and I have been loyal Plant Farm customers for many years. We purchase all of our annual flowers and vegetables here. In fact, my Mom, who lives 60+ miles away in Idaho, drives all the way to Spokane Valley to purchase her plants here. On Nov 10th, I participated in the poinsettia tours, where you can not only see the greenhouse full of poinsettias, but also tour many of the other greenhouses and understand how the Plant Farm operates. The staff are very knowledgeable and help equip you with the info you need to help your plants thrive. I have about 4 poinsettias that I've purchased here over several years that seem to be immortal....they keep on thriving!! I always come here to get outdoor plants and houseplants. The customer service and plant variety are unmatched!

This place is paradise. You walk in and hear birds chirping. There’s a plethora of plants and accessories. The plants are some of the healthiest I’ve ever seen. And they have rare plants! The staff is always friendly and super knowledgeable. It’s basically an oasis in town

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! If I could give this company a zero I would. Ordered three Hoyas took a about a week to arrive, and they were saturated, Hoyas do not like to be watered that much! Once unboxed and left to settle into my home, they went into complete shock and stress, they shed their leaves and small flies grew out of the soil, there was no saving these plants. I had to toss them. I originally contacted the store asked what could be done, their advice to me was to "pot up" the plant, and that their online sales was separate from them. Could not get a hold of a person from their online sales, only a Instant messenger chat bot, where I could not upload a photo, and by the time I was given a email address days later after calling the store again, I had already thrown out the plants. Tried to get a credit back or partial refund, and was told their policy is once it leaves their warehouse they are NOT responsible, hence NO REFUND. A company that does not regulate how they ship out their products or stand behind their products, is not a Company any consumer should buy from. I have learned a hard lesson, and 200 bucks later, to READ their policy, and not take a chance on them! Sadly, as most plant lovers can relate we are usually a community who supports one another, so this is my support to you, do not order from them through their online store, unless you are willing to risk your money. I am extremely disappointed as my hope was to have three beautiful hoyas to add to my collection, but instead I got the stress of them dying, and a merchant who hires employees that don't know how to help when a issue arrives, and gave me bad advice, and most importantly will not stand behind their shipping of their products, then why offer shipping, if you know the risk of the plant not making it, by the way you pack and ship?

I ordered a batch of echinopsis tercheckii cactus from these folks in Amazon. I am very pleased with my order. The price was very fair for these little guys. It will take a few years till these guys are mature enough to flower or harvest, but it's a great investment and commitment. Very happy to add them to my collection. The order came in a week and the plants were not damaged at all. Highly recommend this company.

Ordered a Autumn Ember Begonia Rex a few weeks ago on September 5th, and got it September 8th. I was initially happy when it arrived, beautiful but not looking the greatest. Figured it was because of transit. Put it my by windowsill to give it some light, and watered it just a little. I did what the care instructions said and I potted it a few weeks after receiving it. Although the leaves were dropping and it began to look dead, I was still hopeful. Well, unfortunately the other day I had to throw it out as it died completely... I asked for a refund, showed pictures of the plant when I got it versus when it died, and still got refused a refund because I potted the plant a day earlier than when I was supposed to. Ive asked them twice for a refund, the first time they said to give it awhile. Second time they said because I repotted the plant a day earlier than suppose to apparently... I wouldn't order through them again. Go through Gabriella Plants, or Broes with Hoes. They are two of the best online plant shops that I have went through. Plants arrived healthy, with minimal shock during transit (the way they both package their plants are immaculate).

Sent me a hoya with dry rot. Showed them the photo and they claimed this was perfectly healthy. Very disappointed with this. Will be sharing my experience with fellow hoya fanatics. Everyone knows this needs to be completely re rooted. Shady business practice.

I ordered a little fern from the Plant Farm a few days ago, and it was shipped fast, arrived quickly and was very carefully packaged. The fern arrived safely and is nice and healthy. Thanks!

I am absolutely blown away by the quality of these plants. I ordered online not knowing what condition they would be in when they got to me. I’m so impressed with the packaging and the quality. If you’re afraid to order online, don’t be. I’ll be placing another order very soon! I’m just sad that I don’t live locally because I would love to shop in person!

My husband surprised me with this magnificum x forgetii today and I was so impressed! When he told me he ordered me a plant at the end of June I was extremely nervous ? We live in Iowa so the plant had a good little journey to get here and it held up perfectly. I was so excited to see it in healthy condition with roots making their way out of the drainage holes and no leaf damage from the shipping process. I will definitely order again!

The plant farm is one of my go to spots for rare plants. They are very friendly and offer a large variety of really cool items. I love the bee gnomes!

This is my favorite local place to buy plants. I love the variety of options that they have, though over the past couple of months I've noticed a lot of the plants look less happy than normal... Not sure why, but some look severely neglected. The few anthuriums I've seen, for example, look *super* unhappy. I'd like to see some discounts for the half dead plants so I could rehab them, but I don't want to pay $70+ for a philodendron that might have to be chopped. I've done it several times because I have no self control, but still. A discount please. Some of these plants are also a bit overpriced. $189 for a small Florida ghost is really high above market value, those are Florida Beauty prices. And several of the plants I've bought here have rust fungus which is easy to treat, but very contagious.I've also noticed that a lot of the more expensive philodendrons seem to be potted in pure peat or something similar. Something that is very hard to separate the plant roots from, and holds too much moisture to be a sustainable potting medium for aroids. I understand that this is common for plant nurseries, but I bought a $70 golden dragon where 2 of its 4 leaves were yellowing from over watering the day that I bought it and it was also light stressed. I paid full price. I'm still trying to work up the courage to separate it from the peat- you can't stick your finger into the pot to check moisture, it's just one solid wall.Other than that, the big thing I'd suggest that they change is make the more expensive plants easier to look at instead of having them back so far that you can't really see them. You can ask an employee to grab one to look at it up close, but I like to see what grabs my eye and it's too hard to do that when they are so far back. Still, if you're a plant lover this place is worth a visit. I'm giving this place 4 stars because I love going there and buy something every week, but there's room for improvement.
