“This is one of the best tire shops in all of spokane! The cheapest and the most fairest. I'm not from the city I was driving in from Montana and I needed a new tire. Because I hit my tire at a pole in the dispensary. I called around and they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for a new tire even saying that the tires are uneven I have to get more tires. I called a Big bubba and he came in on the clutch I was stuck at a hotel and I needed to get going to the next city cuz I had to go to Corvallis I called Big bubba and he was there for me.! He had the right tire for my Kia soul and he only charged me 60 bucks to not only get the tire but put it on. And they did it before they open at 10:00 a.m. they did it at 9:00 a.m. just as a courtesy. This is one of the best tire shops in all the spokane! It's a down home mom and pop tire shop that's worth the money do not go to these big discount tire places go to bubba's tire shop. They're professionals and they want to help and they're fast..”

“These guys saved me today. I was picking up some gravel at the gravel yard right down the street when I noticed I had a flat once it was loaded. I had an inspection in 30 min so a swung by here. They jumped on it right away and put me back on the road. I’m talking like 15 min. It was great. Thanks to them I made it to my inspection on time.”

“I called today, spoke with Justin, then drove my suv to them with my Tyre sensors and valve stems wherein within 30 mins. Matt started on my suv, removed and replaced two showing as faulty on infotainment console. Done within 1hr. Superb customer service, expert attention to detail on my high end vehicle. Another Justin helpful with discussing legal aspect of a previous tech with a different company, who told me after the fact he replaced valve stems. Worn out parts given back to me. Very pleased with everyone who worked with me and my vehicle! Thank you. Highly recommend ? Note - I did not experience sexism at all. They treated me as a knowledgeable human being and spoke kindly.”

“Definitely a 5 star!! I got a flat tire on the way to work and put on the donut spare only to find out the lug nuts for my wheels didn't tighten enough to secure the spare (they had caps.) So very carefully I drove to Les Swab and told them my issue. Seriously within 20 minutes im walking out the door and my van is completely done!! Flat tire repaired, installed back on vehicle and ready to go! They even gave me a set of lug nuts that will secure the spare for if there's a next time. All this for no $ and so fast and courteous.”

“I'm so pleased with the work they did to my car. They stayed open late to finish the work because I needed the car the next day, but I'm so impressed they inflated my cruddy tires (that I need to replace) without having to ask. They just saw it needed to be done and did it without me asking. They saved me so much time and the car worked great when I got it back.

“Was referred to Scotty's Tire and Automotive by a friend, and just had the best car repair service ever! Windshield wiper not working so I called to make appointment. Of course they wanted to know the problem and they said before you bring it in go try this. What? Giving me a this might fix it solution and saying if that didn't work bring it in. I couldn't fix it so I brought it in. 1 hour after dropping it off they called and said ready to go. Turns out it was a simple fix and I asked what I owe. They said absolute nothing. Took us no time. That is a first. I will refer Scotty's to everyone that needs auto repair needs.Side not. I found out their oil changes are 30 dollars less then where I have been going. All of my oil changes and any repairs I need in the future will be at Scotty's.”
