Last year I went to get my tires changed. I arrived early, yet they stuck me at the end of the line. I waited 3 hours while customers that arrived after me left with their vehicle serviced.
They didn't follow the governor's mandate to wear a mask by not enforcing the customers to wear one.

At first we were delayed because their stock was wrong. On its own that wouldn't be a big deal. When they finally were able to do the tire, they didn't call when it was done, one tire was over inflated, one tire was under inflated and didn't have a valve stem cap.

After an unfortunate series of events, my car tire ended up popping in an unfamiliar area far from home. I was so blessed to see there was a Tire Rama only 5 minutes away! They got my tire repaired quickly and I was able to get back on the road again. Thanks to Josh it was “just a little bump in the road.”

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and diagnostic check. Upon dropping my vehicle off I was informed of the 115$ diagnostic fee, which I was told if I got the work there the fee would be credited or taken off the total. Upon receiving the phone call that the oil change and diagnostic was done, I was informed I'd need to make an appointment later this week to get the work finished. Upon picking up my vehicle I was told that the diagnostic fee wouldn't be credited or taken off the total because I wasn't having the work done today. I replied, even though you guys didn't have the time or parts? Will it be taken off the total at the upcoming appointment? The gentleman Tomas, I believe, told me that the fee would not taken off at this time and that their system was not set up to take it off at the time of the upcoming appointment. *Update/edit Corporate reached out and said there must have been a "miscommunication" and that they would honor crediting the fee when the appointment time comes.

Nice people, seemed friendly, but their expertise was super questionable. I had a slow leak in my tire due to a nail and they told me since it was too close to the edge of the tire that they couldn’t fix the leak. They told me they needed to replace the whole tire, and since it’s an all wheel drive vehicle, they claimed I needed to purchase all brand new tires (they also shared that they don’t sell used tires). Quoted me almost 1,000 bucks. I took the car over to Les Schwab and they fixed up the leak in 45 mins for free. Les Schwab has always done a good job for our family. Always get a second opinion before shelling out a bunch of money.

I needed two new tires. I showed up 20 minutes before closing told them my price range which wasn't much mind you but they made it work! While waiting for the work to be done my children I waited in the waiting area where they had toys for the children,coffee for Mom. Overall the two employees that I did meet were incredible! They even worked a little past closing time just to make sure that I got my tires on my car and could be on my way!!

Fixed a tire with a hole in it for me, and due to a communication problem they did it for free! Great service, very friendly. Even if I would have paid the price I was quoted was very fair. Will be back!

Thank you Thomas and the rest of the gang for your awesome service. My 88 year old mom needed a new battery. I called all over, even the Hyundai dealer with no luck in getting it replaced. When I called Tire-Rama and talked to Josh, he said “bring it in, we’ll take care of it”
When I finally jumped my mom’s car and got her there, Thomas took over and confirmed the battery was shot. Without hesitation, the crew found a battery and replaced it. The service from here was top notch!!

Awesome service! I was able to call just before closing and they squeezed me in. They swapped my flat tire out for my spare and repaired my flat tire over night. I have shoulder surgery in a week and having this taken care of asap saved me a lot of stress. Thank you so much Tom and Thomas!
