I had 2 small packages to ship out, one to Chewelah, one to Airway Heights.. first, she had both packages going to some other state, ringing up to be more than $50 to ship, then she “fixed” it and both packages got sent to Airway Heights….. the confirmation that I signed was only showing the 2nd package, and I made the mistake of assuming that the other one was going to Chewelah… that was my bad… but now I have to pay, again, to have it shipped to the right address in Chewelah.. I know better than to have anything shipped from The UPS Store. It’s probably cheaper at the post office anyway. I used this particular UPS Store for all my needs, Amazon, shipping, receiving.. I was even paying for the added perks or whatever it is. I will be cancelling that now. What a headache. But yes, I should have been more insistent on checking each one before signing… my bad…..

Young girl was unprofessional and inexperienced employee, super rude to the customer as well. I had 2 Amazon items to return and she asked me to pay her money for the boxes and shipping labels, which I don’t have to pay Amazon provide them everything. I do not recommend this location

I really love what UPS does for it customers. They have a very wide range of services and I especially appreciate the Amazon relationship for returns. I am a little disturbed about the prices for my personal shipping and I wish the employees were a little friendlier. They’re typically pretty grumpy when I go there, but they are very knowledgeable and helpful so I guess I’ll deal with it.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience at this location. (2/4)
An Amazon return item would not scan so I got in line to have it dealt with at the counter.
Then a very mouthy gal at the counter points out that all I needed to do was go the scanner and if it wasn't eligible for that then I would have to send an email, etc. The girl next to her scanned it for me. Done.
I know they're busy. I wish I didn't look like an idiot. BUT isn't that what good customer service is all about and hopefully equating to a smoother transaction the next time?

Great staff, knowledgeable in products, fast service and pricing is what it is. They are open til 630 pm and that’s very helpful. I like dealing with real people not just a drop off station that only excepts ready to ship items. They have everything you’ll need to ship whatever it is you have . Love the UPS store on Sullivan in the Valley!

Really great service with quick and direct answers to questions. Had a larger job to get done and they set a reasonable timeline and committed to getting the job done, with the owner saying, “We will get it done if I have to come in and do it myself.” Very rare to have such great customer care these days!

I drive pretty far to come to this UPS store because of Edgar and Mason. They make my UPS experience a lot less frustrating than I’ve experienced at other UPS stores. Thank you so much. You too always make my experience at UPS store enjoyable.
