Walked right in and up to a window, no waiting. Was greeted by a friendly banker with a smile. After stating my request, she filled my order and sent me on my way, wishing me a good rest of my day. Very enjoyable and appreciated for a bank.

I have banked with US for many years and I can say that my experience working with Hershey at this branch location was by far my best experience working with US bank.
He was more than knowledgeable and helpful with answering every question I had (I had quite a few) as well as taking it further to run ideas by co workers to meet my banking needs.
10/10 recommend.

Thanks to U.S. Bank that opened the doors for me to be able to open my first account in the US, they have treated me kindly and most importantly, there is a person who speaks Spanish and he helps me every time I call him or every time I go to the bank and I have a question. It helps me a lot, thank you Mr. Hershey.

Not sure what all the 1 star reviews are talking about, but I’ve always had good experiences here. The staff is nice, they’re always able to help with my banking needs, and the company as a whole has helped me a lot with loans, credit, and checking. Only complaint is that it gets backed up sometimes, but that will happen at any bank.

This is not a bank its a scam to keep your money and not give you access to it for a week!!!DO NOT USE THIS BANK UNLESS YOU DONT WANT ANY ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY!!!!!They took my payroll check from Bank of America And Nationally owned cleaning company. Wednesday. Said it would be on hold. Few days. I checked my app on Saturday it had cleared.........I've called thier customer service several times e after going in the bank and talking to guy that opened account and branchManager! I've given them all the information they want and its still going to be another 2 days !before I can. Get any cash from Them even saying I want the account closed. I cant do it or get my money
