I HATE this bank! I only decided to bank with US Bank because I got married and my husband was already banking with them. This location ALWAYS has issues with the ATM not working and it's horrible when it's one of the only two in the Valley you can deposit money through the ATM. Their only ATM is in a teller line so you have to wait in line and even if you are next in line for the ATM people will seriously just walk up to the ATM cutting in front of you (almost every single time) or you get to the ATM to find it broken and having to drive 10 minutes to get to a different (Inconvenient) location. Why is the ONLY ATM in the teller drive through??? This bank has let me down over and over again. That's not the only problem - their hidden fees and inconsistent and unreliable online banking that doesn't process payments in a timely manner or give you your correct available balance. This bank has been nothing but problems and I can't wait to be rid of them. Every Single Experience at this bank has been negative and frustrating. The people at the bank are supposed to be financial advisors yet when you go in, they have no idea what they are doing and lack confidence, in return causing this customer to lose trust in the branch itself.

They refused to help us after we waited in line for 10+ minutes while they helped a single customer. It was not closing time and we had a reasonable request of cashing a single check. The guy helping us also insulted the amount of our check saying that it really wasn't that much money. He has no idea what our financial situation is or what that amount of money might mean to us. I felt that was extremely insulting and inappropriate. I will admit I may have been rude in my tone after that point but I feel that after being a customer for 7 years I deserved better treatment. To top it all off he said he only watches dubbed anime which tells me all I need to know. Very disappointed.

I made the mistake of depositing my check at the ATM after waiting in line for a half hour. The ATM cited "error" and that my check would be returned. My check was not returned, the bank lost my check. After physically going inside to see if it credited to my account (it was not), I was given a number to call to have the situation "disputed" and "investigated". End result is that I "might" get my money in "ten days". Also given an address in St Paul Minnesota, so I can "write a letter". Thank you, US Bank, for making me late paying my bills. I will be withdrawing all funds from your ghetto establishment as soon as I get my money back. Please do not bank here if you do not care to part with your money ....

Not happy!I was told to be there at 2:30 pm .I showed up waiting in line to be told to go sit down and wait some more only for them to take care of everybody else coming in than when everybody left , they left us sitting there again longer 30 minutes later we walked out today feb/12/2024

Avoid this location if you want to use the ATM or drive through service. I sat and waited 10 minutes before someone told me "there is one in front of you". I laughed and asked for my ID back and went to another location. Absolutely no customer service here and with no regard at all. I will be looking to for a different bank. I guess 25+ years with this bank means nothing lol. What a joke...

ATM just took my card and they said they don't have access to their own ATM, I'm not sure how a bank can't access the stuff in their own ATMs and where the cards go but I guess they must be taking their users information.
