Staff is unclear/ uneducated regarding mail delivery. Do not trust with packages. Definitely get insurance.

Poor service you can stand there in a line and they wont call people to server you. and right in back of the handicapped parking are 5 3’ cement posts. And if there is a lot of traffic are hard to get out of. There not protecting anything. I just hit one and have $2000, damage and i am a very good driver they are in the way so be careful. By the way they are closed on Saturday

i went in because i had a misplaced amazon package and thought it might be there... and sadly it wasn’t delivered there, but they were so SO helpful and treated me like i actually mattered. they tried multiple different ways of tracking the package from their end and even went looking through their back of house to search for it, even though we all knew it was a long shot. the lady that was assisting me even grabbed a coworker that wasn’t too busy at the moment just to make sure she wasn’t missing anything. super super compassionate and caring people, or at least they were on the day i went in haha!

USPS need to stop delivering Amazon packages because they are lazy and can't walk up a flight of stairs I used to work for Amazon and we had to carry all different size packages up 4 flights of stairs regardless of the situation.

0n June 21 2022 I had a problem that was my fault concerning an online change of address and mail forwarding . I went in to the Greenacres PO and explained the situation to the rep at the counter. The postmaster was near by and helped me resolve the problem. They were very helpful and nice attitude. I had just moved to the area a few years ago from Phoenix where PO employees make you feel like you are wasting their time. Happy with my move to the great NW.

What a joke. Computer automated trap, won't let you speak to a person. The computerized operater defaults to main menu when attempting to contact this office.

Only giving one star because I have to, this post office's practices and customer service are absolutely horrible. Upon delivery, constantly giving the wrong parcel keys to the wrong tenants, the wrong packages to the wrong tenants, the actual post carriers bringing mail, have multiple times complained how bad the conditions at this post office are, complaining about everything and many of the carriers are temps covering for other routes. This is insane, and to you Ryan Wilson, it is a conflict of interest for an employee of the post office to post a review confronting customer review. Your comment will be removed, and I will be contacting your post master to report it.

These people don't even deserve a 1 star rating. I have lived in two locations of this Greenacres Post Office. Next time I move, I will make sure it's not in their area of distribution. I have lost a check that was mailed to me because they put it in another person's mailbox. I have lost package after package because they can't seem to read my address. I have received other neighbor's mail which I don't get paid by their office to deliver the mail to the correct address. I could go on and on. If you are thinking of moving to the 99016 zip code - DON'T. It's more than frustrating. They obviously hire people who don't know how to read.

In the last 2 weeks, two packages were very slow to deliver. Tracking indicates they arrived at the branch, but then I get notices that the package is running late or is lost. One was delivered very late....the other I have still yet to receive. Now I have to go through the process of getting a refund and re-ordering the item.

I'm sadened by how low our "federal" office has gone.. It used to be the "post master" was a high community office.. represented by a well dressed, stand up member of community. Any problem stopped at them no excuses no blame..... one look at the building I can sat reflects the whole office. There are a couple good people working there they are hard not to love.. I feel sad for them being in that environment.

Have had only good experiences with this USPS branch. The location surrounds and building could be prettier but the folks that make the deliveries and work the front counter have been nothing but courteous.

Just got off the phone with this office, spoke to a lovely lady named Kennedy about a parcel I had sent here. turns out I just wrote the wrong thing on it, hehe. But she was super helpful! And she didn't seem irritated about my d*** lil' mistake, overall a very nice experience.

Some of my amazon packages I odder have been later then the time it says it supposed to be here or the mail doesn’t come to my naibgher hood and does not drop mail for anyone at all
