  clerk was very kind .I forgot to put stamp on birthday card and I had already put in box.he went out of his way and got it.i almost fell over.very nice in this world nowadays.thanks again.

  I would give them negative stars if I could. Around Christmas time, they deliver the mail 3 or 4 days a week. I get my paycheck in the mail, my wife gets her medicine in the mail, and the mail is always late.
  Last November, the lazy substitute mail man stuffed the mailbox with magazines and packages, which made the mailbox about to fall off.
  Those who are in charge, they're worthless, and they never fix the problem. If they are shorthanded, they should hire more people, If nobody wants to apply, raise you hourly wages to encourage people to apply.
  The bottom line is that USPS is the worst federal organization in the United States.
  
  Update:
  Our good mail carrier was on vacation, the new mail carrier returned a letter addressed to my son back to the sender with an undeliverable/unable to forward stamp, and the address is completely correct. I called and complained to the supervisor. After 2 weeks, the mail carrier returned my paycheck to the sender with the same stamp. I believe he did that on purpose because of the first time i complained. It's aggravating why he keeps doing this. If it was junk mail, I wouldn't be so upset, but it's two important documents that we are waiting for, and it's inconvenient when he keeps doing this. At which point does it become mail tampering?

  It's a post office. Long wait times. Habitually under staffed, but I've always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful.

  The miserable pregnant woman is such a terrible employee she has to answer the customer experience survey for the customers 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ what a terrible person to be working customer service. Absolutely miserable lady. Never have I seen such a person at a counter look so pathetically visually angry at customers in her presence.
  
  Also, my postman always makes me pick my packages up instead of delivering them. Anything over size or I need to sign for, I have to pick up. I live a mile from the bus, and didn’t have a car for two years. What a joke of a post office.

  It was pretty busy when I got there, but the line moved quickly. The woman that helped me was extremely helpful! I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly and didn't get annoyed with me having no idea what I was doing.

  This morning I recieved a fragile package I've been waiting for. My husband was awake when the driver pulled up and watching threw the window. The driver pulled up, didn't even walk all the way around his truck, and threw my package over the fence. Thankfully everything was intact due to the sellers great packaging.

  Phone service doesn't work. Whether you punch in a number or say what you want to the robot. Why even have it?

  Employees are awesome. But why have a self service kiosk if you can’t use it to mail
  out parcels? Kind of a waste of technology.

  My regular postal service delivery person who works from the E. Sprague Post Office using a delivery truck is personable and very helpful. I don’t have any complaints regarding his service. I don’t go into the stationary post office very often , but haven’t run into any rudeness or problems at either the Post Office at 11712 E Sprague in Spokane Valley, or at the smaller Post Office at 14409 E Trent in Spokane Valley.

  Called multiple times. Can never get through. Called to report my delivery. Mail carrier stuffs packages inside the mailbox smashing everything, ripping open packages and bending everything. No respect. Can’t get out and walk it to the front porch? Our garbage can was next to the mailbox. We didn’t get our mail for a week. He wrote a note “could not deliver, garbage can covered mailbox”. Freaking lazy! It was NEXT to the mailbox a couple feet over! He delivered another note that says garbage can needs to be 15 feet from mailbox. But our neighbor are next to ours. We have lived her 4 months and he is just now bringing everything up. Today he came to my door to tell me our truck is parked to close to the mailbox. He can’t deliver the mail. Our truck is on the street!
