Terrible delivery service from this location."We have a new driver and we are training," the manager tells us. "You are the only house with issues." Wrong. I can name seven neighbors with complaints. People are busy and don't have time to deal with this location's incompetence. Also, this office rarely answers the phone and who knows where the emails go or if they are ever even seen.- For the past year we get mail for a different address 2-3 times per week.- The carrier just tosses packages onto the porch, sometimes in the rain. Never mind there is often sensitive electronics in the box.- Mail is delivered during mail hold periods. This last mail hold saw three packages tossed onto the porch on three separate days. We called and had them come pick up the packages, which they did only twice, leaving the third package to go missing.- We have a circular driveway and for some reason the carrier will make a three-point turn in the driveway stirring up the gravel instead of just continuing straight through.Do they not realize so many people have security cameras these days?

Packages consistently placed in wrong box. We have a Cluster Box style mailbox and items are WAY too frequently misplaced. This Post Office NEVER answers their phone when I try to get the issue resolved. No attention to detail and nobody seems to care about anything…

I always sigh whenever I see my package is being delivered by usps. They either take forever to deliver the package or make a “delivery attempt” which leads to me having to go pick it up

Sometimes a wait, but I never leave without completing the task I went for. Post office workers are the best.

I haven’t got mail in 4 days and I haven’t seen are mail man in 3 days .. I tried calling and reporting and the phone number gives me a run around.. this has been happening since my regular mailman of 8 years retired. My mail has ended up in my neighbor mail box several times in the last few months I haven’t gotta packages on time…

Terrible. They couldn't deliver our package for some reason, and they left a paper. We rescheduled, and now we're stuck in processing hell. We can't get in touch with anyone, and my package won't leave the "processing". I called to try to get it sorted, and I stayed on the line for 4 minutes, only to be disconnected without anyone ever bothering to answer. Further calls had the same result. Beyond frustrated. We just want our package.

My friend was expecting 2 packages. Yesterday the mailman came and sat outside my friend and I's duplex for about 10 minutes. The blinds were open so we made eye contact with him several times. We felt a little creeped out but figured he was just taking a break. Instead, he was sending his supervisor a photo of a sign we have posted that says "warning, dog on property, notify owner before entrance". This sign should not prohibit him from delivering a package, as it does NOT say "beware of dog". We are very aware of the laws and signage to use when it comes to our dog. Not once did this mailman wave at us, get out of his vehicle, or make any attempt to contact us, which is why we thought he was taking a break. It also is not legal to take photos of someone's property like that, he should have called his supervisor up to his location. Today, we see him again as we take our dog out to go potty. He was driving the opposite direction as if he was done with his route. He saw us, and began to wave his hands around while turning his vehicle around to pull onto the side of our duplex. As he handed over one of our packages, he began to make comments about our dogs breed, how we should be handling her, and how she should not be outside. This was all very uncalled for as she was just going potty, and he only saw her as we took her inside. He did not even get the breed right, but continued "educating" us on what we "should" be doing with her. He then proceeded to bring up other "issues" stating he would not deliver to the neighbors next door, because they have dogs and the same last name. Well, we are in no way related to them at all, so this just seemed petty. He also stated he would not deliver packages to the person living next door in our duplex. He kept saying this until my friend explained she owns this entire duplex, and that it was passed down to her by her dad. She should not have to explain personal details of her life in order to get her packages and mail. It seems the driver was only wanting to create more issues. He then says "well, you can pick this package up at the station" and left. This was all very unprofessional and we have never experienced an issue like this. The fact we had to go out of our way to pick up the second package, when he was able to give us our first package right there, is insane. If an opinion is going to get in the way of you doing your job, then don't work that job. The dog was inside the entire time he was here, I don't understand what was so hard about making this delivery that he felt the need to do all that. This sign has been posted for years. Other delivery drivers deliver our packages with no problem. I hope that these drivers are being properly trained about the correct differences between certain signs and what they mean. We went in person and reported this to his supervisor but fear we were not able to express just how unprofessional and invasive this driver was being. The supervisor seemed to have sided with him instead of hearing us out completely. There was absolutely no need for him to mention the neighbors, ask who else lives in our duplex, or tell us how to handle our dog. He simply could have expressed if he had a fear of dogs or not, we are very understanding people. I hope this comment reaches where it needs to go. Multiple people have been having issues with the postal service delivering packages. We have cameras and can prove that this happened. EDIT AS OF NOV 17 2023, Now we are being told our mail is not being delivered due to a rock by the mailbox, that does not block it. nor is it in the way of parking.& bc it was thought we were on "vacation". I am not the owner of this place, but I do live here at the moment & get my mail sent here. I find it very frustrating these things aren't being communicated to us until way later. The mailman admitted to holding a stack of mail, & continues asking personal questions when it is stated multiple times people still do live here.

Didn’t deliver a package. Inefficient in the execution of their duties. Unable to utilize tracking technology. Completely disorganized.

They legitimately just let the phone ring until the system hangs up on you then braid each others hair in the back. The IRS responds more efficiently than this office. In the meantime I missed jury duty summons, have had to get lucky and stop the mailman when I see him to get ANY OF MY MAIL, and my checks are never accessible bc the lock is broken on our mailbox. Would LOVE TO HAVE IT REPLACED but absolutely nobody answers the phone no matter how many times I call. What am i supposed do I do at this point- Pry the mailbox open with a crowbar? My rent is due and I’d love to buy groceries at some point this month

The worst in every way. Literally.Postman is a DIVA!! He says when and where and how. Which typically means we get 0 mail. Literally ZERO. Waste of tax dollars, as usual. Don't worry Boo, I'll do your job for you. Let me just go to your work, pick up the mail and deliver the mail to myself. The mailbox is decorative clearly. They have even given me my neighbors mail without asking for or checking ID because he won't deliver there either and they know they are in the wrong. It's borderline comical to watch. Makes me miss good service. Which I always thought was standard, but I stand corrected.

As the last comment states about the dog, this dog is very well trained. I work for Fedex Ground- I’m highly aware of the regulations and laws when it comes to signs. My dog is a working dog and is a Blue Heeler mix- this mailman stated she was a bulldog and needed to be muzzled. My dog did not bark at him or go near him whatsoever and would not unless I was in harms way or told her to, my dog was inside the house both times he came to my duplex.
