Avoid at all costs.Waited all day for a package, but they couldn't even be bothered to knock. After holding my package hostage for over a month and several failed redeliveries, they decided by themselves to cancel my request without notice and return to sender.Phone line doesn't even have an answering machine, goes straight to disconnect tone.Borderline fraud.

The worst USPS in existence. They have “delivered” multiple packages that never got to me. When I call it’s always the same guy and he said the “geo tracking” showed delivered in my mailbox for my most recent package, but there was nothing in my mailbox. They said it was stolen and to contact the police. I think they never actually delivered the package since I was home all day and immediately checked the mailbox upon receiving the delivered notification. This was 12 days ago and the package never turned up. I have also had packages delivered to the wrong house multiple times, last night being one of them and s neighbor had to bring my package to my house. Three nights ago one of my neighbors package was delivered to my house, so I had to go bring it over to their house and ended up slipping on their stairs and spraining my ankle since it was pitch black. Thanks USPS for all the trouble since moving to the valley in June. I wish I could switch to a different location, I’d rather have a PO Box then deal with this god awful location. Customer service is horrid, do not use this location if you can avoid it!!!! I never had issues with usps until moving to their service area in June of this year.

I don’t understand how every I ship through here is always 2 to 3 days late. They are lazy even if you know your package is there with them they will tell you some lie as to why they can’t get your package. Then after 2 or 3 failed delivery attempts later they finally have you pick up your package from them after you already been there days ago when the package first arrived. I’m so upset and disappointed my tax dollars fund this

These guys are so busy and short staffed in general. They really go the extra distance. Todd, the manager, was very helpful and the delivery personnel and warehouse staff are very nice and helpful! The service industry can be thankless and grueling...these guys handle that well! Thanks!

Incompetent. Already lost 2 of my packages this month, one of which contained medications from the VA. It snows here every single year and yet they act like that makes their jobs impossible.

This location received my package and it sat for over 48 hrs they then updated, saying it was only there for 29 hours and that it had left. It is a 5 hour drive from there to my local post office. It’s been 3 days and it’s still in transit? Afraid they lost my package.
