They were very responsive to my calls. If I ever had an issue the would resolve it in a timely manner. Customer service was very good.

Zero stars if I could. Deceptive and shoddy, Not open on Mondays, purposely designed to be difficult to contact. Property manager or anyone that can actually do anything can’t be reached. Was a model tenant for two years and left a spotless unit when I left, was billed for rent and late fees after move out which I took care of the account when I moved out. Not to mention my unit was broken into during that time and they did nothing about that either.

I have had my storage unit for 1 year. They have raised rates on me twice. I’m now paying more than twice the “introductory rate” they list.Additionally I had to make phone calls for two months about their cameras being covered on some of their rows before they would fix it.

This facility is by far one of the trashiest facilities I've ever seen... This place is full of mice even if your storage unit is clean and there's no food in it and it has no reason for there to be mice in it it is literally full of mice. Is also full of spiders I'm talking to you nasty spiders beyond house spiders they clearly do not spray for this type of stuff... And it is horrible i dang near had a spider living in every box of mine no idea how they even got in there. I do not have food in my storage I don't have anything that would help them stay alive matter fact I had mouse traps in every corner of my storage unit and every time I went to storage I had to empty it because they had mice on them in the spider traps were full of worst experience I've ever had not to mention the new management!!! Omg! Sh I rude as can be. The last gentlemen, Rick was great. Helpful. Attentive. Kind.... now there is a new lady and she is charging me for things that Rick told me to do she's also terminating my lease because of it which is just crazy to me because I was literally told to do it by the last manager who's been a manager there as long as I've been at my storage. It's pretty messed up that I'm now at being charged a fine and having to move storage units because of something I was told to do. This is by far the worst storage place in Spokane Washington do not go here get someplace else even if it's for a couple more dollars it will be worth it I promise.This nasty photo was one of the four traps in my unit. I am not a Dirty person y'all. Matter fact I have NEVER had mouse in any of my homes,vever in my entire life. This is how every unit is here. I've talked to fellow tenants. There's are the same as mine. Many of them have left this place because of it.... IT IS BAD. IM NOT BEING DRAMATIC IM BEING HONEST.

Was locked out of my online account and went in to pay in person was greeted by Julia she was very pleasant and helpful she was able to get my auto pay set up again as well.

I rented a unit and the woman locked it as soon as I left. She called me 3 days later threatening to evict me. I asked to cancel since I had been unable to use it. She declined my refund and is trying to keep my 112$. Worst customer service ever

Nobody is ever there. I called the number and asked for someone else for meet me there. No call back. I wanted to rent a unit, but I guess I give up. It makes zero sense to me.

Zero stars. This place espouses core values such as acting with kindness and doing the right thing for their customers. They have owed us money for over two months and we have spent many hours on the phone trying to get them to pay. We have received nothing but a runaround between the local folks and corporate with no resolution in sight. Don’t just walk away from the company... run.Update 8/11. This has been resolved. Local manager Rick worked hard to get us our refund so thanks to him. Unfortunately it was a 2 1/2 month process to get a refund.

Horrible customer service no one will answer a phone or ever is at the office.Do not rent from them. If you need answers it can take up to two weeks.If I could leave a worse rating I would.

I told these people the first time that I was behind I wasn't moving right awY and my husband had a major heart attack and that there was nothing in the unit. Now 3 months later they went me to pay almost 300.00 for a storage unit that was empty the whole time. My husband Mike passed away on October 7. I don't need the storage unit so please do whatever you need to do, to get my name off of it.
