I’ve bought 2 vehicles from them now and definitely recommend them to anyone looking. They have the best customer service, aren’t pushy, and help customers get the best prices! They will continue being my go-to dealership.

I gave it 3 stars now because I realized when my husband drove it off the lot it had less than a quarter tank. I was promised gas for a good review and they didn't deliver. Other than that the truck is still running good.

Sales persons were knowledgeable about their inventory, relaxed and in no way pushy, and very eager to help customers, no matter how much time was needed, and the over all atmosphere was that of a relaxed family feeling.Inventory is in pristine shape. Clean and detailed, so test drives are oder free and relaxing to be in while making crutial decisions. The facility was clean and comfortable. The cool display screen allows customers the opportunity to shop inventory while waiting to be served.Glad I stopped by and checked out VIP auto sales.Tyler and his co associate were a genuine pleasure to work with. My son and I enjoyed the encounter.Thank you both

Such a great experience at valleyvipautosales, Rafe & Keegan were extremely helpful & guided me to many fantastic options, all super clean & great prices. I couldn’t believe how excellent the customer service was, I sent my brother down to look at a few trucks as well & again he was so impressed with their options & customer service, go see Tyler. He makes it extremely easy to obtain a loan, he had me in & out within 25 minutes signed & car keys in my hand, fantastic conversation as well! Go buy a car from valleyvipautosales. 10/10 would recommend

I bought a jeep grand Cherokee 3.0 L diesel from VIP auto sales in the valley and have had nothing but issues with it since I bought it. They claim it goes through a 10 point inspection I believe I could be wrong on that but one thing they Said and basically I couldn't get the loan or purchase a vehicle unless I bought the warranty with it. Well, I bought the warranty for 100,000 miles and it literally has covered nothing that has been wrong with the vehicle. I have now over $2000 invested in mechanical issues and still don't know if it's going to be right. When I purchased the vehicle, one of the tires was low and I asked them to check it out and they said they checked it out and that it was just low that it could've been a bead issue from sitting. Come to find out I purchased it and drove it away, and in less than 24 hours found that there was a nail in the sidewall and went and told them that for one, there's no way that those are new tires like they had claimed, and that there was a nail in the sidewall. Their response overall was well that sucks and I'm sorry to hear that but they wouldn't work with me at all on it. After taking my jeep home, I realize that they really never even detailed it after they got it from the auction. My only appeal was that it had a clean Carfax and was a one owner vehicle. In my opinion, which became very clear to me, is that all they did is clear the codes and crossed their fingers that no codes would come up while it would be on a test drive because I have had nothing but problems and several different codes. In the few months that I've owned it, it has been off the road longer than it has been on the road, I would highly suggest a more reputable company that actually cares about their customers

Easiest, most professional vehicle purchase I've ever made. Tony, the best salesman I've seen, met me with a handshake and 100% honesty. Brandon, the manager is top notch also. I would purchase from them again and I recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle. It was fast and efficient, far better than a big dealership. Nothing but good to say about them.

My experience with Valley VIP was… okay. I purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 from them that, in all honesty, was a unicorn of a truck at nearly $4,000 under book value. Given the current market, I couldn’t be happier with the price or the truck itself, as it was the exact trim level I wanted and had every feature I was looking for. I was also pleased that they allowed my brother to test drive the vehicle without any accompanying salesmen, as I live out-of-state and wanted him to lay eyes on it for me. This definitely assisted in my confidence in buying the truck.A couple of things to note. First, communication was terrible. I called multiple times over the course of 3 days when I first found the listing, and was sent to voicemail every time. It wasn’t until I submitted an online inquiry that Blake emailed me back with his contact information. Blake was excellent as a salesman, going above and beyond even on his days off to help me as he was able. When it came to the sales managers however, it took multiple calls and texts in order to accomplish anything, and I often found myself getting answers from Blake playing the part of messenger than hearing from the sales managers themselves. For reference, I was assured I would be given a purchase order form by the end of the day on Friday to give to my bank, and it wasn’t until Monday that I received it. This was lieu of multiple calls and texts made during normal business hours inquiring about its status, that were left either unanswered or ignored.Secondly, Valley VIP was non-negotiable on a few things, the first of which was refusing to address some issues my brother discovered while test-driving the truck. They also would not allow me to take the truck to a reputable mechanic in North-Central Spokane. They did permit me to inspect the vehicle myself when I arrived, and to their credit, offered to let me take it to any shop in the Spokane Valley area. Despite my persistence that I wanted my mechanic of choice to inspect the vehicle, they were adamant the vehicle could not leave the Spokane Valley area due to theft concerns.Thirdly, I was very disappointed when Valley VIP attempted to give me a 3-day Washington travel pass and mark it as a 90-day temporary tag. I failed to notice it until the following day, which was a day before I was supposed to drive the truck home. After calling and texting multiple times yet again, they attempted to convince me that it was a legitimate tag, and refused to do anything about it. I ultimately encountered a WSP Trooper, who was thankfully very kind and confirmed my suspicions that the travel pass was fraudulent. It wasn’t until the trooper called Valley VIP on my behalf that I was re-issued a proper 3-day travel pass (Washington State apparently does not issue temporary tags for out-of-state buyers not paying sales tax in Washington State). Even then, the tag was still only valid for Washington State, meaning I had to drive across 5 states to get home and hope I didn’t get pulled over. Had they told me up front that they couldn’t issue me a temporary tag, I would have brought my own license plate from my old vehicle, as my state allows me to use it as a temporary tag.Ultimately, if you’re considering buying a vehicle from Valley VIP, I would advise you to do your research and take into consideration the reviews here on Google. Purchase a CARFAX report on the vehicle you want, as Valley VIP will only give you a basic AutoCheck form (which is next to useless in my opinion). Have the vehicle of interest inspected thoroughly by a mechanic, as they will not disclose any issues that aren’t obvious. And finally, if you’re not 100% confident or comfortable with one of their vehicles – don’t buy it. Their objective is to make a sale, and honesty doesn’t appear to be a priority. I took a very calculated risk buying my vehicle, and am fortunate enough that I haven’t encountered any issues after fixing the problems I found.

DIRTY OIL, BURNT OUT HEADLIGHTS RUSTING OUT TRUCK. Do not even go to this lot. I bought a 2014 F-150 with 135K miles on it. The truck ran and drove great. Not long after I got it home the check engine light came on. I hooked up my code reader the code could be multiple things I started with the easiest an oil change. That was the dirtiest oil I have ever seen. I never knew that could cause a check engine light. The next morning I went two drive it do work and no headlights both bulbs were burnt out. I thought the truck was just loud, then I noticed a two inch gap in the exhaust. When I looked at the truck me and my dad thought the rubber undercoating was a good thing. Then when I took it to a mechanic because of a clunking noise (broken sway bar links), I was told they just sprayed that on to up rust. All of the suspension was shot and a 9 year old truck was rusting out. The mechanic recommended getting rid of the truck. I sold the truck to a car lot and lost around 8k.

Our grandson is an Airman & moved to Fairchild AFB 3 weeks ago & needed a vehicle. He had no car so he relied on rides from others to look for vehicles. He found a Chevy Silverado at this dealership & went to the bank to begin the financing process. He told Tony the salesman he wanted the truck & gave Tony $500 to hold this truck until he got the bank check which would take several days. Tony said the truck was being held for him. As co- signers on this loan we were in touch with Tony regularly & also someone from finance. Five days later our Grandson was approved for the loan & is being driven by a friend to the dealership to buy this truck. A few minutes before he arrives at VIP our grandson is called by someone at the dealership to tell him his truck was sold to someone else the night before. After our grandson put $500 down on it! He was told it was a mistake- the salesman didn’t know there was a deposit put down on it. Someone came into the dealership with cash & VIP sold the truck out from under our grandson who was buying his first vehicle. That’s how they treat young Airman in the military. It actually worked out for the best because that same day our grandson found a nicer truck from a better reputable dealership in Spokane. We are actually relieved this happened because if VIP will do this to someone before they buy a vehicle who knows what they will do after the sale. BEWARE of this corrupt unprofessional dealership.
