Value Village is a thrift retailer offering gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Reviews note lots of good buys, a lot of clothes and shoes, and fun things like jewelry jars full of amazing finds. The staff was sympathetic and helpful in an emergency situation, providing discretionary discounts. Some customers enjoy conversation at checkout and miss that social element with the move to self-checkout. A common wish is for the ability to try on clothes. Staff is super kind and helpful. Facilities are clean and organized. Prices are sort of a joke, though, it feels like they’re getting too big for their britches. I still go weekly, though!
