BUYER BEWARE. We would give this store zero stars if possible. Do not buy a phone or Verizon plan here. Our story is Jesse took advantage of us wanting to start a new Verizon plan as a family on Black Friday also wanting to use the promotion that day. He created temporary numbers for us 3/4 of us already had Verizon numbers, which he was not supposed to do per the cooperate Verizon rep we’re working with in order to make as much money he could on our sale. We have spent too much time on the phone with customer service and when we went into the store to sort this out he was rude and condescending obviously trying to cover his behind. Because of this we have been charged over $2000 for our Verizon bill since November. The rep at the cooperate location we are currently working with to sort this out said Jesse used unethical sales tactics, ONLY GO TO VERIZON COOPERATE LOCATIONS.

BUYER BEWARE. Avoid Jesse at Victra (authorized Verizon retailer) at all costs. Don't know if it is a commission scam or he has no idea what he is doing but we set up a new phone plan with Jesse in November 2023 and it has been an absolute mess since. Our new phone plan was supposed to be $240 a month after trade in's and transferring our numbers to Verizon... we spent over a month with the wrong phone numbers and corporate Verizon ended up having to re-do the entire thing on their end. It is now February 2024 and we have been paying an EXTRA $540 a month because the trade-in's were done incorrectly on his end. There has been no resolution despite 10+ visits to see Jesse at this store and over 16 hours on the phone with customer service. Jesse now refuses to help us get to the bottom of this error or speak with Corporate Verizon which they are requesting. He was extremely unprofessional and smug when we voiced our frustrations and took zero accountability or care for the thousands of dollars we are out for what should have been a $240 phone plan. He even referred us to his manager at a different location which ended up being a lie. Not surprising considering that through this process we have learned that there are NUMEROUS issues/complaints regarding customers who have worked with Jesse at this Victra store. Other Victra/Verizon stores even recommended we file formal complaints against him because they see this so often with his customers. We will never return to this store again but do recommend going to the Victra on Evergreen & Sprague or going to the corporate Verizon store at the Spokane Valley Mall.

The worst Verizon experience, they won't let us return a product they claimed was a free promotion that we are now being billed for. They said we can't return it without the box and "there's nothing they can do about it" the guy who lied initially won't even speak to us and let's his colleagues deal with his mess. Very unprofessional and still not being handled.

10/10 went in thinking the wait time would probably be unBEARable however our sales rep was so personable it made killing the time a breeze. We’ll be back for sure!

The manager of this store was extremely helpful and he played with my 3 year old son while he was helping me. He juggled several other customers while helping me with my extensive order. My son did not want to leave. The service was amazing. I will be returning there soon to pick up the rest of my order and I cannot wait!
