I've used this pharmacy for years because they were close to me, open 24hrs, and until the last couple years had no real complaints. They've been out of stock with one of my meds that I rely on to stay healthy for over a week now. Trying to reach someone from the pharmacy on the phone takes an act of God, expect to be on hold for at least 15-20 min. I'm on hold now to have them transfer my script to Rite Aid after being fed up with not getting any help and am currently at 30 min on hold. Rite Aid across the street has my meds and answers the phone in under 2 min but Walgreens has dropped the ball once again on the transfer.

Love that is open 24/7 so I can get my son's meds any time of day or night. It works for people who work nights.

I am very upset I am trying to use the walgreens right savings finder that every walgreens advertises. To purchase pain medication for my nephew who just had surgery. Even though the specific med that we need is listed on their website as one that is covered by multiple coupons for non insured people, they are refusing to accept their own coupon gotten off of their own website. Staff told me other walgreens will accept it but their manager will not. So I guess my nephew has to go all night until another walgreens opens that will accept it. I find this very frustrating and highly unprofessional. I am quite disgusted with this and I feel as though it is false advertisement on their part. The poor kid just had major surgery.

Have cancer and cant get prescriptions filled they say call doctor to call insurance. Call insurance they say it's an over ride code the pharmacy has. Worthless system. Pray you don't get cancer

The computer that screened my call would not let me speak to someone at the store. It's a little before midnight on Sunday night. I needed to speak to an employee at the Pines & Sprague store. There was no reason the computer had to make it so difficult. It insisted I used the ap or website. I don't think I want to use Walgreens any more. I don't think they care about anyone or anything any more. And I hate their computer answering system.

If I could do 0 stars I would! Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I will never ever go to this pharmacy. Tried getting prescription filled and the medication is hard to come by. I called over 10 Walgreens and the one one pines and Sprague said they had it. So drove all the way from Deer Park to get the medication filled. Get there. Was polite and waited 5 minutes until I was acknowledged. Went up to the counter lady took my written prescription and then stated they don't have it in stock. I drove clear from deer park and two people stated that you had the medication. So I asked who I talked to before hand and she wouldn't give me a name. I just stared at her and asked so what am I supposed to do. And she said I don't know. I said a few choice words and left. I will never do business with a Walgreens every again and will not recommend this one on pines. The people were not helpful in any way and when I called the lady hung up on me and I wasn't even rude. Get it together Walgreens.

FedEx package pickup claimed it wasn't there when it was there. Came back 10 minutes later and it was magically there when we told them to look again. Terrible Service. Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my time when it was delivered an hour and a half ago.

Picking up meds? Clear your schedule. Every other time I'm there, I leave without my meds cause the line moves so slowly. I have to open whole parts of my day just to wait for even one person in front of me in line.

We came to the pharmacy drive thru window here to get insulin syringes for my diabetic husband and before he could he even finish saying what he needed the pharmacy tech at the window said "we don't have any" and walked away but he said it so fast I had to think for a second about what he said. So I went inside to inquire. They thought i was a drung addicted needle junkie and treated me as such. This is not the first time this has happend to us at a walgreens. I ended up having to more or less make them sell the syringes to me. So disrespectful, insaulting and infuriating on another level! We've never had this problem at ANY other pharmacy companies. So Walgreens yall just yeed your last haw in my book. I will NEVER In my life will I step foot in ANY Walgreens store again.

Went after 11pm and there was zero acknowledgment that I was there. When I got to the counter, zero cashier. I had walked right past her to get to the counter and nothing. If I was a dishonest person, I could have walked out with my stuff. Instead I went across the street to Rite Aid, where I was acknowledged and checked out in a timely manner.
