Consistently are out of stock of prescription meds. How does a pharmacy not have a supplier that is reliable? They refuse to look in the system at other walgreens and i have to call around. I usually find it at other pharmacies not walgreens. Seems to me walgreens needs to find a new medical supplier. Pretty terrible to not be able to get life saving meds like inhalers or seizure meds for family members on a consistent basis.

My bad experience with Walgreens photo service all began in September when I dropped off film to be produced. When I dropped it off they told me it was take around 2 weeks and that they would call when the film came back and was ready to be picked up. I waited and waited for that phone call but it never came. So I decided to go to walgreen and see the progress of my order. They told me the film arrived a week before and that they lost it. I was so mad because the pictures were very sentimental to me and they told me that they would contact the film lab to see if they can retrieve the photos but they never did. They also didn’t give me a refund or give a disclaimer that if they lose the film they won’t do anything about it. All in all I just want to say how disappointed I am with the photo service. However it may have been my fault trusting Walgreens.

I have never had trouble with this retail pharmacy. It isn’t a lot of fun, but this is a chain store pharmacy. I think all the workers are polite and void of unnecessary small talk over something like a generic box of tampons, which is certainly appreciated.The photo printing service onsite is a plus. This location mimics every chain pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Thanks also for always delivering only what my insurance company insists are appropriate options for my health regardless of my ridiculously awkward coverage. I promise there are worse places in town to find drugs.

Purchased items, the front counter employee wasn't paying attention and rung up an item twice, I asked him to correct it and then saw a bunch of crazy stuff come up on the screen. When I asked for a physical receipt he said they couldn't print one.I stated that was not correct, and I needed a receipt to verify he didn't ring anything else up incorrectly.He asked a manager to help and they never came while he helped someone else.Poor service, would not return.

Went in to the pharmacy to get a prescription that was clearly ready (phone call made to confirm) and when we went to get it, they said that it was not ready. We called and were directed to an automated voice system that allowed us to confirm the rx and still not ready. The very nice assistant behind the pharmacy counter informed us that the automated voice system doesn't always work, then why even have it at all?? Frustrating to know for the future that even when we call it is not guaranteed to be ready when expected. 2 stars for a clean store. Nothing else.

This place is consistently the slowest place to pick up prescriptions. It' not odd to wait at the drive through for 15-20 minutes. Go elsewhere.

Waited over an hour after checking in for a vaccine appointment and nobody checked in to explain why I waited so long until I pressed the issue. Lots of frustrated customers here.

Worst pharmacy ever. Waiting 2 hrs on a script to help my son breath better (we just got back from the ER) then they tell me after they filled the script that they don’t take my insurance and wouldn’t let me pay out of pocket. They lady did not give me the paper script back to me and told me that all the other pharmacy had to do was call and they would send it over. “Simple process”. The other pharmacy called and faxed a request over and THEY NEVER RESPONDED. After another two hours, my son needs the medicine every 4 hours and it’s already been 6, my husband goes down to Walgreens to demand the script back. He got the script and took it to the competent pharmacy. Walgreens was too busy taking care of people who want a Covid shot than to deal with a 2 year old who currently CANNOT BREATH WELL WITHOUT THE MEDICINE. Insane that they care more about someone getting a “vaccine” than my son who actually needs medicine to save his life. Pathetic. I already called corporate to file a complaint.

I've been using this Walgreens since 1990. Due to some reasons in the past I stopped getting my own prescriptions filled here but I do get the prescriptions for my dog filled here and they are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Shelbie in the pharmacy is a God send. She handled another pharmacies incompetence very professionally and made sure my daughter got her antibiotics. Give her a raise!!

Just a reminder that Walgreens turned their back on women in red states, bowing to the snowflake culture war that's currently attacking anyone with ovaries there.Never shop at Walgreens again. Not if there's an earthquake and it's the only building left standing.

The pharmacy is just fantastic! I am treated with dignity every time... This shouldn't be an issue but it is... I have been judged for my meds and treated like garbage at other pharmacies! Walgreens is reliable and always polite... I never leave upset! Thank you Sullivan Walgreens! You've really improved my situation! Having to be on scheduled meds is hard... You make it easier! I am so grateful to your staff!!

Excellent experience once again at this Walgreens store. Pharmacy clerk was polite and efficient. The pharmacist Kevin is top notch and extremely knowledgeable and very patient with his customers.
