I just wanted to say that I switched pharmacies because there would be times my old pharmacy would tell me the script was ready and went to pick it up and they tell me they're out and need to wait 3 days for pick up. Walmart always calls and tells me if something is up and that they're doing their best to fill it as far as calling my Dr and giving me generic just to make sure I don't go without. They have been awesome and I truly appreciate the fact the actually care about their customers and go out of their way to call and let you know what's going on. I have been very happy with them recently and appreciate their hard work and keeping me in the loop.

I wouldn't even leave a 1 star review for this store. I witnessed racism and am very appalled by what I seen at this store. Here we are in the this world fighting for equality for all and then you see this. I saw a young girl( possibly Hispanic) and assuming with her family purchasing some items in the self checkout. She asked the worker for a bag ( guess there is a bag shortage). Meanwhile the Walmart worker Janelle told her no, that there was a bag shortage. The young girl started putting her stuff in her cart. I watched the worker Janelle come up to me and ask me if I wanted a bag and several other Caucasian people around me all while this young girl was told no. I only had four items I didn't even need or want a bag. The other guy had several plants that she offered a bag too. I even saw a man putting beer in to a bag that had several bags stuck to it yet he wasn't questioned. This young girl was being glared at and basically harassed by the worker all because she asked for a bag. Why was this worker so mean to this young girl and why? I hope the managers at the Sprague Walmart check their cameras and see the poor customer service their staff is providing to their customers. This happened today at 6/12/2022 at around 4:30. I will not be going back to this particular Walmart as I am offended for this young girl being treated poorly.

I have been subscribed for a few months to their grocery delivery service. I've had nothing but issues with walmart delivery. There has never been same day service much less delivery in an hour as they so often advertise. Items available when ordered are missing from the order when delivered cited as 'not available'. And thats been with all but few orders. I even recently had a $20 charge to my bank I have no clue what it is for. But when I call, I get someone in the Philippines. Why is an American company giving these jobs to out of country call centers?! I dont want to financially support that. I've not gotten that refunded because they can't find the receipt on their end. Atm Im waiting for a delivery that was scheduled to be delivered an hour ago. The website is sitting on 'preparing'. When I called the store direct a young man said his team manager was on break and needed to call me back because he doesn't know. Its been an hour and Im still waiting for the team leader that was on a 30 minute break. I am autoimmune with a chronic fatigue condition. I can't just run out and get much needed items. I can no longer count on much less trust this service.

The worse Walmart in town do yourself a favor an please drive past this one spend the extra time to drive to a different one. Thank me later The customer service is the ridiculous. Might as well not have one their. The staff is made up of mostly old women with stick permanently jammed up their asses. The cashier want to comment an poke at you for what you buy. As if you were in the 1st grade doing show an tell. Please avoid at all cost I know I try to.

I'm a pretty staunch defender of Walmart in general, but things have been sliding downhill here for the past year+ and it looks like Walmart as an organization is committed to going down a road that favors online ordering and more automation. 1.) They've ripped out the majority of lanes with actual cashier's, and replaced the whole checkout area with 80% self-checkout. The ratio of staff to self-checkout lanes used to be maybe 1 to 6, but now it's 1 to 10-12. Help is harder to get and you'll wait longer for it. 2.) Online ordering carts crowd the aisles and it's getting harder to get around and grab what you need. Much of the time these big metal carts are parked right in front of what you want while the attendant is a full aisle down looking for something. I love that Walmart does a lot of hiring and has a relatively low bar screening applicants , but I think more training here for how to co-exist with traditional shoppers would be helpful. 3.) Common items are not kept in stock and the shelves can be an absolute riotous mess. The messiness of Walmart shelves has been noted since time immemorial, but ostensible supply chain issues have made it a crap shoot trying to get your hands on common essentials. A couple examples come to mind like skim milk and dark brown sugar. You just can't count on Walmart being the "go-to" anymore for damn near everything.

Doors were locked today. Staff standing outside with no explanation for confused customers walking up. If the store was closed they should have a sign up or an explanation at the entrance to the parking lot.

Worst Walmart ever, I have given this Walmart many chances. I have spoken to several corporate personnel about several different horrid visits and obviously nothing is changing as tonight's visit was the first in many months. NOT ONE employee spoke to me when I shopped throughout the ENTIRE store tonight, I shopped all departments and spent $300. There were even employees nearly running customers down with the pallets full of products to be stocked. I did self checkout where two females stood and did NOT greet me, big surprise. As I was checking out one of them came up from behind me startling me and I suppose scanned something and I asked what she was doing, she said something and I took it the canned air was the issue and she was supposed to card me and looked at me and said "your good" but DID NOT ask for my ID? Doing what she did and getting in my personal space unexpectedly could have gotten her hurt! After that a cart with a reflective vest appeared at my back side in between me and the next register but right on top of me, after a few minutes I pushed it away from me as they just stood around gossiping like they always do and it sat where I pushed it for a while? Then I heard them stupidly ask someone if it was their cart when they new it was not. I'm so fed up with LOUSY service, rude and obnoxious employees and nothing ever gets done about it?
