I very much appreciate the fast and excellent work that was recently done to my truck's front bumper. WAC was recommended to me by my mechanic a few years ago, they did work on my car at that time - the work then was also excellent, which is why I came back the second time for my truck. They communicate well, they get work done in a timely manner and their prices are very affordable for the great work that they do. Thank you very much, Jonathan and team!

In a word. AMAZING! They do fantastic work, their entire staff have excellent communication and customer relations, and do superb work at a fair price! We have used them for a variety of repairs from a molding that doesn’t stick right to a rear end collision. They have always been great and they have earned our business for all our vehicles body and repair needs! Never disappointed!!

The amazing staff at Washington Auto Collision have always given us the best quality of service in repairs and their paint work matches are spot on. We have had several autos repaired there over the past 15 years or so and our vehicles always come out amazingly. If you ever need bodywork on any of your vehicles definitely give Washington Auto Collision a call!!

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean, inviting waiting area, and they even have snacks!! Easily the best collision repair shop in the greater Spokane area, even have on site rental cars. You're missing out if you haven't been here when you needed repair work done.

I went for an estimate to fix a touch up paint job that I'd made a mess of. They were able to fix it in just a few minutes and they did it at no charge. They could have easily charged me a few hundred dollars and I would have paid it, not knowing the difference. I don't recall any other business I've dealt with that was that fair and honest. I highly recommend them!!

Stopped by Washington auto collision with a thought I need to repair my door which had a gap and to get an estimate. Matthew looked at it and fixed the gap by adjusting the striker in between his other work at no charge. Service above my imagination. Greatly recommend!!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Washington Auto Collision, Michell, and Brent. From the moment I reached out, they were punctual and responsive, quickly addressing my message about getting my car appraised. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out.
What impressed me even more was the thoughtful touch they added—sending me a wonderful welcome letter in the mail once my car was ready. When I picked it up, I was blown away by how immaculate it looked; it was detailed to perfection and in brand-new condition, just like when I drove it off the lot.
Outside, the car looked fantastic, and inside, everything was spotless. They even generously lent me a fabulous loaner car, which made the whole process so much more convenient.
Overall, Washington Auto Collision is an outstanding company that goes above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend them for their professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service

I could not be more impressed with the quality and service that I have received from WAC. I have recently had two experiences back to back Needing their service. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the work and service that I received from the repair of my car the very next day I had a scratch that was almost the length of The driver side. I hesitated contacting WAC Because I had just picked up my car and it was perfect.
Of course, Michelle and Matt told me to bring the car in and they would try to fix the scratch. I believe Peyton is the name of the detail person that worked on my car. She not only fix the scratch like it never happened but waxed my car as well. This company goes over and above with their Service. The quality of workmanship is the best you can get.

I want to give a big thank you and shout out to Matt and his team for taking the time to fix my Dodge Durango. I can tell how much quality care went into fixing my vehicle including the time spent to ensure everything was working properly, the paint perfectly matches as well. Also a big shout out to Michelle for putting up with all my phone calls and staying in great communication with me. We had a great experience with Washington Auto Collision yesterday. We stopped by to get a quote/estimate to install a small piece of trim. after quick look they asked me to drive the truck around to one of the service bays and 10 minutes later the work was complete and looked perfect. They didn't even charge me for it! They are a professional, courteous, and friendly business!
