This place has no quality control. Picked up a hamburger for a client. I said bacon three times. No bacon. I asked for mayo and ketchup. Just mayo. No ketchup.The last time still had paper on the meat. I called to talk to the manager. Recording said@not available and voicemail was full. Goodbye “. Goodbye Wendys.

I worked at wendys for roughly 2 years and know how easy of a job it is and how easy it is to treat customers with respect. I asked for a coke no ice at the order box and then I get my coke at the window with ice and its not a big deal but i ask if i could do no ice and the manager at the pickup window was told me to ask the the order box in the future which i did and then handed me my drink with just the ice taken out of it and soda dripping down the side of the cup. Just frustrating since i know how easy it is to do your job the right way.

Breakfast sandwiches were good but I bought 2 "frosty cold brews" I expected them to be frozen like I saw on the commercials but they were just an iced coffee. Good but not what I was expecting.

Love and hate relationship with Wendy's. This post falls store in particular really is inconsistent regarding food quality. I've had good meals here and then some of the worst as well. For what the prices are lately the quality needs to be more consistent.

Turn off deliveries until you are finished with the remodeling. Telling delivery drivers (who are not paid hourly) to get in a 45 minute+ line for the drive thru is unacceptable. You are indirectly punishing us by leaving them on. If we decline the delivery we get worse orders, if we unassign after accepting we could get deactivated, and obviously if we sit in drive thru for so long we are losing money. We help your profits, now help to not ruin ours.At least turn them off during lunch and dinner rush. Your line constantly gets backed up on to sullivan during these times. If you can't figure out a better way to handle deliveries while the lobby is down then turn them off!
