Furniture section. Bought a table and chairs but received much more.We picked up a wood table and chairs on a special. Nice quality for the price. Problem it came with a family of Mice in the box. We opened the box in the garage thankfully. I give them 3 stars for price, quality very helpful sales person. And deducted 2 stars for the mice.

Look, I’m growing weary of RUDE customer service. Today was probably the third time I had some woman at the checkout THROW my items in my bag and the shove the receipt in my face.

Honestly I wanna give this store a higher revie because I like how quiet it is; however, the workers there can honestly be very rude and just in a bad mood in general. I used to love going in here, but now I feel like the workers are always in a bad mood.

Just bought pork chops with expiration date 4/19..the ones under the 1st one are greenish color and the meat is old. I am totally not going to buy meat there any more. Shrugging off bad quality is not how Fred Meyer used to be. Refund coming but the manager Rachel White doesn't seem to get the point..bad meat is dangerous.

I used their delivery service for the first time today. I placed an order for $30 worth of steak. What I received was close to $50 worth of steak. Not ok in any scenario.

Long, long, longggggg lines going back to milk section at other end of the store. Self checkout filled with people who have overflowing cart fulls of groceries and maybe two check stands with actual humans also with long, long, longggggg lines. I actually went and put my groceries back and left. I know they’ll say not enough workers, hire more. Ugh, honestly ice cream cannot be bought and paid for at this store without liquefying first.

Their alarms at the door are over sensitive, causing them to go off and embaress the hell out of you when you buy meat, causing customers to laugh thinking your stealing and cashiers to yell across the store and the guy at the door saying "it's probably the meat" as if there was room for you to be a thief. Place sucks.

I arrived at Fred Meyer 10 minutes before they close and they refused to let me in to purchase a headlight. Is this really acceptable? I drove all they way there I even called first to make sure they had my specific headlight all to be told by an employee as he opened the door just enough to tell me nope we don't let people in 10 minutes before closing and then shutting it again. So I went to my car and called to speak to a manager and I told her I just wanted her name so I could report it to corporate and she hung up on me, twice. I'm a very unhappy former Fred Meyer customer.

They have completely caved to the covidiots. Avoid Fred Meyer like the plague, because it is a plague. A daily superspreader event. To the guy complaining about charging for bags: that is a state law, one of the few that Fred Meyer actually follows. Go figure.

So you now charge for bags. This from a store where I watched 6 teens run out of the store with carts of product and carrying big screen televisions. I delayed them, took pictures of their license plates and NEVER saw an employee even come from the store. When I went inside and reported this I was to you DONT EVEN CALL THE POLICE anymore. WAIT. Whaaaat? Thousands of dollars walks out the door, you literally do not care but want to charge me for bags? Yeah, I think m shop elsewhere. Obviously your business model is to cater to scumbags and screw the hardworking good people of Spokane Valley. Yours a customer. Me and my $400 a week just ran out of the doors......I'm sure you won't bother trying to stop me. BuhBye!!

I hope management sees this, because I really want you to hear how very helpful and kind an employee of yours named Keanu was to my friend and I yesterday 7/3 at the Spokane Valley Fred Meyer at Sullivan and Sprague during checkout. There is an ice shortage due to a heat wave, and he went through the trouble of calling the fuel department for us, and found us the ice we desperately needed to keep my baby’s food cold. Additionally, he saw we were short on hands with the grocer

Just moved to Spokane. Fred Meyers is for rescue. Everything is here. Must say it's a very place to shop. Though they should expand on the wine selection.

I've been shopping here for more than a decade. I'm mainly leaving my 5-star review to counter Rebecca K's raging femi-nazi triggered rant. I have a medical condition that exempts me from wearing a mask, so I appreciate not being bullied the moment I walk through the doors. Freddie's has a great selection of products, they have good sales/coupons, and the produce guys go above and beyond, checking the back whenever they are out of something. I will continue shopping here as long as they keep doing what they're doing.

Don't have a mask law and not enforce it. I feel incredibly bad for your employees having to deal with your small town Boogaloo entitlements that walk around here unmasked in your stores that nobody does anything about. Protect your employees and act like you care because you're losing customers when people see this hillbilly crap happening. This isn't Idaho, this is still Washington, so grow some balls and do the right thing as managers. Seriously, it's triggering....
