Bank elsewhere! I woke up to a bunch of text message alerts regarding charges I did not make, and have been unable to get help or even be able access my account at all! Not happy with WSEC customer service. Over an hour later, 6 customer service reps and a supervisor later... there's nothing they can do until Monday morning. Essentially whomever (and however) someone is making purchases with my account is free to continue to do so until Monday morning when their regular custo

This location is great for shared banking, and its near my work making it super convenient, however the phone system to look up locations to try and confirm holiday hours is completely broken, when you search using a zip code the system gives no information just "location one, null. Location two, null" and so on
