Had a mono suit come apart on me last Snowbike season. Contacted warranty via there online process and was reached out to in a few days. Sent them photos and was determined it was defective. They offered a full warranty refund (website credit) with field destroy. Couldn’t have been easier.Standing behind your gear like this with no hassling is awesome. TyHad a couple other CS experiences since that have been A+.

Bought the new Ignite Goggles (was very excited). The instructions are very basic and don't cover enough (such as they mention an app to control the settings however the app does not exist) and you cannot see what power setting you are in (inside or outside the goggles). I emailed weeks ago and got an auto-reply someone would be in touch, nobody did. I tried again via Instagram weeks later, nobody replied. I've sent another email asking for a RMA to return the item but I expect the same once again. So far this is a review of customer service (lack of) and lack of clear instructions for their product. Recommend making the instructions much better and if theres an app like mentioned that you advise where this can be found. Wont be supporting 509 anytime in the future. Update so the app is now available and it hardly functions. It's 100% backwards from the instructions (blue light is manual and orange light is auto, instructions say one thing and app says another), the settings in the app some don't work and some are stuck like my battery charge level at 66% no matter how long I charge the battery. You guys should spend more time getting this right before releasing your product....2 months after my emails, insta requests and still nobody replied. AWFUL service, never again 509.....

Bought a fair amount of gear recently from the website and can't get any response on returning some mono suits for different sizes and a bad lens that came with my aviator 2.0 goggles, pretty disappointed.

Edit: 509 reached out, so wanted to update. Sounds like they're just super swamped right now - have had a hard time contacting over the last few weeks.I’ve purchased a ton of 509 products for snowbiking. I’ve heard great things about their product support from others and recently submitted a couple warranty claims. They stand behind their products. The reps were actually VERY helpful, but response times seem abnormally long right now, especially after the holidays.I still buy and recommend 509 products. Hope more inventory is back in soon!

Bought my wife a sweater for Christmas from them, the cuffs fit pretty tight so we've tried getting in contact them and they kept giving us the run around and stopped responding. They don't care about their customers. They care about the income you give them!

R4 helmet fell apart on my second ride, had to turn back for old helmet. Automated call says submit support ticket online. Did so and was acknowledged right away, over a week later nothing.... $350 helmet sits on a shelf and short season is almost over.. Not sure how to reply to a response but nothing in my spam only the initial email stating a ticket has been created and somebody will get back to me. I responded to that email with my name and phone number looking for assistance. Can that email be sent to me again? I cannot access the ticket either it says I am not authorized.
