I didn't mind all the homeless people outside, but it's definitely concerning when the items are mispriced as heck. I was price checking my food to budget. I'd probably still pay that price if I knew I was going to but I didn't. :(

This pillar of the Hookerville community unfortunately has no indoor bathrooms available to the public. Luckily, the surrounding area has ample capacity.

I drove there, there was a group of people in the corner of the store openly smoking meth out of a pipe, there were 5-6 people walking around barely able to keep themselves upright, and 2-3 different people so high and passed out that they were on the ground fully folded in half like a piece of paper. In the few years I've been away from Spokane it's gone from a decent downtown place to a store surrounded by a zombie apocalypse.I cried so hard for everyone there, how messed up and out of hand this meth and fentanyl problem is in Spokane.I was unfortunately too afraid to get out that I locked my car doors and left to go to the 7 Eleven on the south hill.

I feel sorry for the owner with the homeless epidemic going on everywhere around their business with no help from the local police or their mayor Nadine Woodward who doesn’t deserve reelection. Good luck and please feed the homeless animals all around the block

For the 1st time in a while the employees at this 711 weren't behaving unbelievably rude...because their boss was in store and I'm pretty sure they were in trouble from complaints from out of Towner's the day before, it just being 4th of July. Sadly, it only lasted half the day, until bosses left and they were back to their disrespectful ways. But what's compelled me to make a Yelp account was their feeble attempt to pass off a poorly painted quarter as a one dollar coin. I noticed something off about the coin immediately, like it hadnt even fallen all the way into my hand from his yet and I saw that the edges were silver and the outer good coating was peeling. I was cashing a $4 scratch winner and he gave me 2 dollar bills, one actual dollar coin and the imposter. First of all, if I saw the major flaws that quickly, no doubt someone who handles money daily did not. Clearly, he was trying to pull a fast one on the wrong person. 2ndly, to pair it with a real 1 dollar coin really made it stick out like a sore thumb, adding insult to (almost) injury. Due to my insane attention to detail from being an over thinker is the only thing that saved me from that shady stunt and I'm not considering this a "no harm, no foul". I have plenty of other unsavory stories taking place at this location but wanted to warn people about their b.s. dollar coin ploy. Watch out for these crooks, people!

Yes, this location is a popular gathering place for the homeless & for addicts, but people have to take up space somewhere. We're all just human. As far as the actual store goes, one unfortunate thing is that the lighting is rather dark inside which makes shopping difficult. They also only allow for $10 cashback on purchases and their ATM almost never works. However, the cashiers here are always energetic & typically friendly despite the b.s. they put up with. It's also one of the only places in town open 24/7 so when you're craving a midnight pizza and have a sudden desire to purchase something small & blue, this is the hot spot.

I have yet again wasted more $ this time it was technically food stamps because this store refuses to charge posted prices. They can't seem to not over charge about $3more PER item than is posted price. Then after you point out the overcharge on the screen or receipt they may adjust down 1.50 on 1 item but then they quickly add a .50 or .75 surcharge or something. They never have napkins, the workers are the rudest I've ever seen. They are worse than the homeless & the pillhead all over the parking lot, just saying. If you want to have customers that aren't thieves then they need to actually deal with customers not just ignore them & yell.

My boyfriend went to this store last night and he said for once in his life he felt very unsafe. He parked his car under a security device in a parking lot. When he got to the store he saw tons of homeless people surrounding the building which made him feel unsafe. He bought a soda and a Sprite which were fine but he also bought a thing of chocolate donuts that were so stale that they were like tires. I had a terrible stomach ache like my stomach was bubbling and i felt like i was going to puke and pass out. My boyfriend also saw a Dodge truck with like five people surrounding a wheel and one had hedge clippers on their belt visible to anyone and those are used to cut a part of a car. He also witnessed two people shop lift and saw the person of the register not do anything about it. My boyfriend has never felt so unsafe like this. Don't ever go here no matter how desperate you need something.

I actually visit this place a lot. The clientele that frequent here are very entertaining. Do not expect fast service as the people who normally shop here are either wasted or mentally ill and they take their time at the counter. The staff that work here deal with customers who lack most social skills. I imagine the amount of theft is astounding. So if the clerk starts yelling "get the f*** out of here" dont be surprised, it happens hourly. That said the store is amazingly clean and stocked and the workers have always been nice to me. Not recommended for children or late night visits.

I came through today to pick up a couple slices of pizza and a soda using my 711 app. To my dismay no single slice pizza was available. And when I asked the store attendees when more pizza would be available,? I was told never. Is this true 711? And are you aware your female ni register jockey is so rude?

Well to see employees kicking people's cars tonight and yelling at them I give less stars owner should watch camera more often to see how their employees treat customers and it's a drug invested place they let homeless hangout in front and side they have them in helping inside they need to shut it down. Employee shouldn't be going out cussing and kicking women's cars I watched from a distance a man who had be hard to a car full of women is a punk
