The clerk was mopping the floor when I entered. You saw that I was having an issue fountain dispenser if anything to express interest. The only alternatives were the 20 ounce or the two-Liter Soft drink bottles 2 L soft drink bottles were replaced pricing inserts price at $3.29. They were up at $3.89. The price, the clerk showed me that the Name above the UPC was Dr Pepper. On passing, I noticed there were very few fresh hotdog options. If this is a franchise store, The owners or managers should review the staffing. If this is a supply issue, 7-Eleven Corporate should investigate.

Well, I really REALLY WANT to like this 7-11 considering it's very close to my home. I really like a few of the people who work there, but one thing that frustrates me SUPER bad is that they aren't trained to do transactions that I regularly need. Due to that problem I have to go elsewhere. Which also takes other business I would do there by making it so I go to another place, I might as well handle my quick needs at the place that CAN handle everything I need. It's not like they don't have the equipment to perform these tasks, I have done them at that location before, although it was over 2 years ago. I like to put money on my card accounts such as PayPal or my bank account debit card, or buy money orders. The employees do not know how .... It's past ridiculous. Or maybe it's just laziness.
Another issue which has completely prevented me from buying any dairy products or foods that have to be kept cold is the FACT that the coolers only work half the time. Yeah, I purchased cold milk that was CURDLED and nasty. A friend of mine told me about the coolers not working properly.....and that was a couple years ago. And it's still not fixed, I'm thinking it must be a case where we are being secretly recorded for a crazy TV show like Punk'd where they play pranks on customers or something like that. That would be the only reason for a situation like moldy doughnuts like they have. Not the ones that are in the doughnut cabinet that are supposed to be delivered daily, the packaged Franz and Hostess ones have had mold on more than one occasion.
At this point, I'm sure you are thinking I'm hating on this place, but I swear to you this is all truth and fact. I want to love this store, but the people in charge are TRYING HARD to lose customers. I mean have you been to the Grand Blvd 7-11 lately? Well just go there soon and head to the Slurpee area...... You will not see one or two fruit flies, you will see swarms of thousands that are kind of aggressive. It's beyond awful...... And I am bummed out over this problem.
I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but I feel a responsibility to inform the people who read them and make choices about which places would suit the needs they have the best. I depend on reviews for so so much.
