Went to this one tonight, put my drink on the counter as I was first in line, walked 3 ft over to grab a napkin because some leaked off the lid onto the counter and another 2 guys got in line behind me. The cashier finally got up to the counter and took the one guy behind me, I looked up and said I was there first, he completely ignored me and took the other guy behind him also and then tried getting the two people there for online orders before me too. I literally had just walked in, grabbed a drink and a cookie dough and went to the till to pay. Idk if it was because I’m a woman or what, but I’ve heard other people also say they’ve been rude to them also at this location when I talked to my coworkers about it.

Look, this place is the only spot to snag a legit Slurpee, so I keep dragging myself back like a moth to a brain-freeze flame. But geez, the people here must hold nightly meetings to brainstorm fresh ways to be rude. Every visit, they slap new prices or try to add an extra $ here and there on stuff like they’re auditioning for a shady game show. They act like you just asked them to solve world hunger when you call them out on it. Save your sanity—grab your Slurpee and get out.

Is it me or just every 7-Eleven in Spokane Washington treat their customers like their druggies one would think because I I place an order online pay for the order online that maybe I'm not a piece of trash I get to the 7-Eleven on Empire in Spokane Washington and get told it'll be 5 minutes that part I'm okay with as I'm starting to walk away he says are you going to get something I'm like I'm just looking for now and then I get told to go outside and wait I don't see anywhere in the store that there's a sign that says even though you're in a paying customer you can't be in here that's a new store policy I've never heard of give me money but now you can't be in here that's a good one pictures as you can tell there's no sign that says no paying customers allowed to be in store it says no solicitation and no trespassing and no drinking on property

Would rate zero stars if I could. Someone else in this comment section also posted a photo of the guy. Im a dasher and have a 4.91 star rate. A higher rating than this store. I go to this store almost every day multiple times a day for orders, and the guy inside is claiming that I've stolen customers' items when even doordash said I've never done anything wrong. Guy proceeds to tell me I can either pay him $35 or get out of his store. That's more proof I haven't stolen anything cause if I really did, then how would I have the option to pay you off. Also, it gives me a look like a deer in the headlights. Guess im not going there anymore. Haha, plenty of 7/11's im town 🤣

The cashier has always been very creepy and would follow me around the store if my husband wasn't there with me. The last time I went to get something the cashier actually came up to my car and OPENED my car door to start talking to me. It was a very creepy violation of my personal space and property and I would recommend NO WOMEN SHOP HERE! or you might just find that you have a stalker.

The guy behind the counter doesn't even check to see if his cash app is down he just says the cash app is down every time I go in there so I can't deposit money into my cash app. He only says that because he's freaking lazy. I'm going to contact Cash app about him preventing their customers from doing what they need to do.

I drive door dash and this place always had my orders ready when i arrive which is nice because the other 711 usually dont. This store is also alot cleaner and they dont have people outside bumming change like the other stores. Store is usually good on there inventory and options.

I simply went in with an emotional support animal and upon entering I announced that and the blonde with a bad attitude grunted at me like a cave man that she didn't ask me about him. She continues the whole interaction with a bad attitude and had the other clerk ring me up. Zero stars.

Clerks are extremely rude and condescending for some reason one clerk in particular doesn't enjoy taking money for cash app as I am told that it is down LITERALLY every time I try to put some $ on .

Unfortunately at this location the gentleman that works the overnight shift doesn't know how to properly charge his customers appropriately, and instead of just learning how someday, he just gets frustrated and refuses to provide thaose services. Not only that but there's a good chance he might be closed because he tends to mop several times throughout the night in order to close for a few minutes.
