This store is a disaster. Nobody knows anything about anything. Good luck messaging aarons also. They just ignore u or tell u to call the store or head office. Nobody tried to find the tv i was asking about or could explain y it's listed until I try to lease it. Both size tvs say there available until I try to lease and all they can say is that's weird maybe just wait and try later. Maybe just call bk on Monday to talk to the manager.....Great customer service. Definitely not keeping this tv.

Jason Sucks I made my tv payment for 6 months straight not to mention a 7 year plus relationship and I’m late a couple payments and he refused to work with me on the late fee.. North spokane store works with you.

I'm seriously considering just sending everything I'm renting which is $526 worth of stuff back because of a computer error I just got yelled at on the phone by one of their employees when I called to report the fact that the TV I'm renting from that won't turn on but I've already spoke to Angie about making a payment on the 1st when I get my Social Security check because on the 1st when I originally paid my bill it said that I had paid everything now all of a sudden I have a payment due in the middle of the month which is strange to me because Angie and I set it up to be paid on the 2nd but I don't appreciate being yelled at and being denied to speak to a supervisor meanwhile the employee just wants to argue about how he's being rude I have enough problems with my mental disorders I don't need people treating me like crap too I think I'm about done renting from these guys especially since this is the first time I've ever been late on a payment for anything from Aaron's here in Spokane

Worst place ever. Customer service was non existent. When I had a problem I got told I'd get a call back and never did, then got screamed at by the manager and threatened to pick up my items that were current because they didn't like my attitude... while still being forced to pay for all the items. Worst place ever and will never go back

Arons has bee so kind and the person I worked with was very helpful the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a five is a misunderstanding with my furniture. But they are very quick to make it right and get me the couch in mint condition. I would definitely refer them even with the little glitch as they were very kind and quick to fix the problem kindness goes along way with me so if you're looking to be treated with respect and if any issues do arise they are quick to fix your issue. I can't wait to get my new couch it will complete my front room

I had a bad experience at the specific aarons to the degree that I'm really thinking about canceling my order. So the situation was I missed a delivery for a tablet I ordered which I take responsibility for. But the guy who delivered it told my girlfriend to just go down to the store and pick it up. So I went down the next day to get it but they wouldn't give it to me unless I showed them some verification of my current address. So I went and grabbed some items that showed my address (pawn loan agreement). They told me that it wouldn't work because I could tell anyone what my address is. So here Is the problem. I respect their reasoning for having it delivered. They want to know you live there. But they came to my address and talked to my girlfriend who verified I lived there then told her to have me come pick it up in store then turned around and said I couldn't. The problem here is what they are saying is a catch-22. Anyone could have them deliver to say a friend's house and then get their item and go home. So as far as legalities it's no different than me going down there with some paperwork that shows my current address. Especially after they verified I live where I say I do AND they told my girlfriend I could go down and pick it up. I wasted 2 hours of my day trying to get the item I am leasing only to be told I have to wait until Thursday for it to be delivered again. It hurts my brain from the nonsense of this. I will be canceling my order and going somewhere else for sure. I advise every one else do the same and save yourself the headache. I should have read the reviews from this place before making my decision and I wouldn't be in this situation. They speak for themselves.

I have bought things in the past always been on time for my payments and I guess the manager at the Sprague trys to control what you buy so I had a desktop from there decided I wanted a laptop the manager came unglued on me told me if I I call corporate they would just make her call me blah blah I asked just gimme the paper to sign to return the desktop she finally shut up and then threatened me that no one at the north store would help me either...well the north store helped me and I was a preferred customer....this lady should not work in customer service she is rude and I won't say her name but she knows who she is

These people are horrible. Rented a couch and table set from them. The merchandise they sell is very cheap. They delivered a sofa to me with cigarette holes that I did not notice until after they had gone. I have paid over $1000 into this crap. And they're still telling me owe another thousand dollars for probably a $200 couch. Saying that the couch is worth $200 is generous. The table set is cheap and flimsy. Scumbags. Stay away from there... as I'm writing this. They're coming to my place to get this crap. They harass you when you're late and then when I called to set up a time for them to pick it up, they wanted to give me more time to pay!

Huddle came to pick up a couch set from my house today. He was awesome! He was respectful of not tracking in mud, he was very quick about hauling it out to the truck and carefully removed the couches without bumping into walls. He was working all by himself today but moved the heavy couches out without any problems. Super nice guy too!
