this store is a freaking joke .Very rude manager at that store. His name is Jason. Dustin Nate Steve only decent people there. You buy things they dont give you everything. I bought bed took 6 month of me bothing to get ithe bed frame but paid for the whole set everymonth. Bought brand new recliner couch and loveseat had two weeks and 3 different seat the seam gave and turn into big holes. I tryed to get them to take 1000 off if I kept they would so I gave back. My first bed set was use and they tryed to play it off as new. I kept giving them chances but couch was the table last straw. they get a 1 for their service and no I would not recommend to my dead dog. i still have things out with u guys for few years thinking about bring back and go to rentacenter if i am not happy and feel this has been looked at and felt with right.

I got a 75" TV delivered from the stupid idiots and I had it for maybe a week and a 1/2 tried to move it it was working fine plugged it back in and the new destination and the power supply went out and they said it's supposed to be brand new bull s*** some one from Aaron's needs a brain transplant or something because customers like me and my sister in law should not be treated like this I pay them good money for the tv I wanted and it only lasts for a week I will be talking to the upper management and putting in a complaint

Being overcharged yet again on rental contract! If I can't trust that the things they say are being done what is the point of renting?? Seriously get yourselves together and do the things you say will be done. Now I'm scrambling to get my other bills taken care of because someone couldn't find the time to do their job. I'm mad and being told they will take care of it next month isn't reassuring at all since that's the same b.s. I was told last month!!

Picked out 1 of 2 sectionals they had and it was used. Such a poor selection. I was told it would be delivered today, when i went in yesterday. I had to call 3x to find out what was going on. I got 3 different answers. I should've gotten my furniture hours ago. They never called to reschedule. Then they ran my card and ran it 2x. So now some of my money is locked up. WTH is going on in that store?! I've shopped at aarons many times and this was not a good experience. I am not

They told me my price would be cheaper to do a 18month lease instead of a 24month... It actually costs me $300more to do that.... They sent the wrong tv... The remote dont work.... And im to busy at school to talk to them about it and gave them my permission to talk to my kids dad about it and they told me no.... Well looks like yet again you lost a sale way to go aarons!!!!!!!! Your employees this morning and the manager were both rude! You guys need to learn to be professional
