Working with ABC storage was really nice. The manager was very polite and helpful with selecting the best value for our RV storage. The facilities are really clean and the security is the best I have seen. I feel very comfortable using their storage facilities.

I shopped for a storage unit for my car and found ABC Mini Storage West at 7726 West Sunset Highway to be a convenient, clean, competitive facility with a very nice staff. The sign up was easy, and the unit was as advertised. I would recommend this facility.

I stored my stuff here on and off for 4 years while in college and have nothing but nice things to say. Pricing is great and they offer deals frequently, the units are amazing and all 4 years my stuff never had any issues. Most importantly though, the ladies that work here are the nicest people you will meet and are always there to help with anything you might need! 100% recommend storing your things here :)

I've been a customer of ABC Mini Storage on Sunset Hwy for over 3 years now. The units are clean & the grounds are maintained and secure! Management has been professional & courteous in my experience...Sherry (Mgr for over 20 yrs) is very warm & helpful. Units come with a solid lock (waiting for you inside the unit) and I feel very comfortable knowing they are keeping tabs on everything happening on the ground!!! For me, proximity to the airport and freeways for moving into/out of town is a bonus.Don't waste your time looking elsewhere...

Switched to this storage unit place because of their great sizing options. Military discount is awesome. Front desk woman was so friendly and super nice. Beware their answering service for phones are not local people. It’s best to go talk to someone in person!

Couldn't have asked for a more seamless storage experience. Processed online and was good to go. The only suggestion I would have, and maybe I just didn't notice it, the fact that the free lock is waiting for you in the new unit and doesn't have to be picked up could be more clearly conveyed.

I've used ABC twice in the last two years. At ABC by the GEG airport, they are good at problem solving, explaining everything and all it takes to Shepard you through the storage experience. Also they have good rates and a great location.
