Ordered through Home Depot and ABF Freight dropped off our flooring. They gave us a call a week out, a text when they would be there within an hour, drop off was so smooth and quick. 3 pallets laid down in 10mins and they were gone by 810am. Had a good experience all around.

Ordered something heavy from an Amazon seller , they said I need a loading dock for the local delivery. They recommended ABF Freight. I received notices once I approved them as my receiver. They emailed and notified me again as soon as it was receved in dock . I called to schedule a pickup and they said I could co.e any time . They loaded it for me in my truck and that was that. If you ate recieving or ordering something heavy , ABF Is perfect for receiving it locally

Alan's just being funny I'm sorry for these particles from periodic table Actinium 89 is the 2 fakes pp aid them already for the clean up axiom 89 ball paint pens ABF recycle them collect up all the balls inside don't worry I paid to clean up these evil frauds already no one even seen it to come. Alt Loveyou as all I've ever been is a spark plug all I am why they take everything they never made at least I was never the issue.

Work in construction and am constantly purchasing items that need freight shipping.... Abf is probably the cheapest for the manufacturers to use, but by far the worst in America. Whatever date they give you will be false and expect a minimum of 7 new dates of delivery to be updated. If your item/items eventually arrive, consider yourself one of the few if it is in fact undamaged... Cheers!

I was asked to schedule my delivery a week in advance. When I requested a time I was told, "I cannot schedule a specific delivery time for you." I was then offered advanced notification for when the package was going to be delivered. This advanced notification came at 8:15 in the morning, 15 minutes prior to the delivery truck arriving. The package was large, and the driveway is very long and blocked by cars, hence my request for advanced notice. 15 minutes of notice did not allow for moving my vehicles out of the way. When moving the package into the driveway he rammed the box into one of my vehicles several times as the driveway was not wide enough to allow said large package to pass between the vehicle and a bush placed near by in the yard. Furthermore, I work nights and get home at 8am. I would have never requested a time this early, which is why I requested a delivery time.Poor experience overall. I would recommend using someone else if you have the choice (I did not).

ABF did an amazing job with our shipment. We had ordered roughly 4200 lbs. of temporary fencing from another company and they were the ones who shipped it. They were extremely willing to work with us on our delivery time as we needed to get a forklift capable of handling a pallet with that weight. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend ABF Freight for any shipping needs.

According to tracking they accidentally sent my package from Portland to Seattle then back to Portland before sending to Spokane only delayed them 2 days lol other than that good

Abf freight called to arrange delivery of a large gun safe I order from another company. Told that I could have delivery Monday between 9:30-10:30am, first delivery of the day. I said great, Monday comes....11am arrives with no sign of abf freight. I call and they apologize saying a truck with 41 items didn't arrive and I was on a list to call for rescheduling. I say fine same time tomorrow is good. Great, see you then. Tuesday, 10:30am arrives and no sight of my delivery again. Call and this time the truck has broke down and I am far down on the list, so it will be late afternoon...so I ask to reschedule yet again for first thing in the morning 9:30-10:30am. This time I am informed that they don't give one hour windows of delivery and the delivery windows are 4 hours. Except they did do that the last two days? Yet to receive my item... hopefully tomorrow it gets delivered between 9am-1pm? Hope to never deal with again!
