Well Abra was not able to repair my vehicle and we had to wait for parts. It turns out the repairs would exceed its worth. They went out if their way to accommodate us the length of time and went above and beyond to satisfy us.

I had a smooth experience, they were on time with the repairs even having the car out a day or two before the estimated time and the job was well done, kudos to the team. What stood out for me was the exceptional customer service, John called to give updates on the car repair progress every day. Abra sent progress updates on message regularly. I would highly recommend. 👍🏽

I only went in to have my trim fixed but it was the personal customer service they provided and the clarity that earned them a 5 star review. They broke everything down for me in a way I understood since I’m not that great at knowing my stuff when it comes to fixing cars and provided me with a few options based upon what I needed and could afford and the quality turned out great. They will have my business in the future should I need it.

I had a great experience with Abra. James and Chase were very thorough, detailed, friendly, and informative every step of the way during my repair process. My car was done earlier than quoted and it looks amazing. I highly recommend this company to every one and will use their services again if needed.

ABRA Auto Body Spokane is the best of the best. John and Hailey gave me the best service. John kept me updated regularly on my Honda repairs and Hailey took care of my rental car. ABRA did an amazing job from start to finish and my car looks new again! They even washed and cleaned the interior. I am beyond pleased!! If you want the best body work done on your car or truck use ABRA!!!!
