I have been to the Ace on Monroe in Spokane dozens of times and every time I was immediately greeted by the friendliest, most helpful staff I've ever encountered. While the store looks small, especially if you are used to big box stores, I am very impressed with the breadth of their merchandise and it is quite rare that they don't have exactly what I need.

Immediately after walking in someone asks if you need help. They get right where you need to go to find your item. Prices are also reasonable. You’re in and out quick, a much better experience than the big box hardware stores.

Luke @ the Monroe store was great. I needed a canister for my garden cart but Ace only had a bigger size. Luke offered to install all 4 wheels if I bought 3 additional canisters. It was a win-win for me. Happy Mother's Day came one day early for me. Shout out for Luke. 🎉

Older gentlemen with glasses was awesome helping me with my purchase and so was the manager but the other two associates was awful and was giving me a hard time returning a purchase back. Please do not shame me into returning items back especially for the amount of dollars that is spent into the equipment, I want to make sure that equipment is going to work for me and not be stuck with it and regret it later on.

Great neighborhood store.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful I do wish the website link on the Google page didn't take me to Facebook than finally get to the website.
