One day I had to that store to purchase an electrical item for my customer who lives closer by ACE hardware. I got the item. At the cashier when I’m going to pay.I realized I left my wallet at home. I was just need that item to finish the job. I was on time for that job. Which is I don’t want to change my customer more hours. The cashier asked the Manager if I can purchase the item then I can come back to pay it,he said NO with a disrespect/ suspicion look. He didn’t realize I am an Contractor and my business is legal and authorized by WA government.
The manger had me to drive to get my wallet and went to another store “ Not ACE HARDWARE “ to purchase the item. Cost the customer over $150 dollars because him.
I WILL NO AND WILL NEVER go to any ACE hardware store even if the ACE hardware is the only store existing in USA
ACE hardware must be more cooperative with Business owners.

Ordered a delivery with some heavy items, and the delivery guy was kind enough to bring them inside so I didn’t have to drag them in myself. They made my day! Thank you for your kindness Ace!

Came here for some simple help, yet the entitled I know everything I've been working here for so long rude employee bobby made me uncomfortable to the point I had to leave. I like how he harassed me out the store pretty much. And thank you Bruce for helping me when I brought the situation up to you. You were very rude and entitled about it as well. I guess you find it okay for your employees to antagonize and harass elderly people or anybody that just simply goes in there. This guy is extremely rude disrespectful loud and got aggressive with my shopping cart. This is extremely pathetic yet the owner has been friends with this guy for x amount of years so it is okay for the employee to harass you and disrespect you and it is also okay for you to bring up the issue to the owner of the store just so he could be rude disrespectful and back his employee up. So much for the customer always being right and so much for respecting elderly people. I'm in shock to express how I felt and how I was treated at the Rowan store to Bruce just for him to turn around and tell me pretty much oh well deal with it. I will never shop at any store that this guy owns again.

Friendly people and knowledgeable staff definitely a lot nicer to deal with than a Walmart employee who doesnt know what your asking. Would recommend here over places like Walmart.

These folks are always helpful and attentive. Would recommend anyone go here instead of Home Depot, as long as they carry what you need. They have all basic tools, gardening, paint, plumbing, hardware, etc.
