I researched Toro mowers and who offered the lowest price. Sety's Ace Hardware Windermere has the lowest price for the Toro 21465.

Always very helpful. The only place I know that asks if they can help you load your vehicle. The main reasons I go there first for all my home and yard needs.

I'm being nice with 1 star. They never have basic inventory. Who ever is the buyer.... Needs to go. Also 2 people there when I entered not one asked me if I needed help. They did say hi. If you want a good Ace hardware go to the one on Francis. They did have there sale items they had just advertised. First one did not.

Totally turned around!I was recently in and I got to talk to the new managers Tim and Cody, the whole store feels like a different store! Tim was incredibly helpful! The "attitude" the store was different too, lighter, happier.Under the previous manger "Tristian" it was like you were always a bother to anyone at the store. You'd ask for help, they would roll their eyes and then sigh and help you. Not to mention the prevalent woke mindset. Tristan even fired employees because they weren't "woke" enough and did want to cave to his "preferences" for employees.I like what I see and saw! Keep it up! Like I said, totally new management and totally new feeling!

Place is a joke. My fiance worked there for a couple of weeks. The store is run by a bunch of teenagers with no work ethic and had no interest in doing their job. Store was unorganized. No manager or assistant manager. The employees bf/gf would come while they are working and just stand around talking. Bar codes to products don't match the items and neither do the prices. My fiancee left for a better job opportunity even though the new one was seasonal. When he applied for unemployment, ACE said he was fired. Liars! We have proof showing he informed Deztiny he was no longer going to be working there. Never again will I shop there.

I ordered some Christmas tree lights yesterday. The website said they closed at 7 but they actually closed at 6. I wasn’t able to make it in time and really needed the lights. I called them and they offered to deliver them to my home, which they did! This is fantastic customer service! I have always supported my local Ace store and certainly will continue! Thank you Sety’s! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sety's Ace Hardware in my experience has been helpful to complete our project needs. Also, most Ace Hardware stores carry an excellent selection of nuts, bolts, and fasteners. Much better than the big box stores. They are also locally owned and I like that.

I went in to look for a push button drain and the 3 teenagers were the only ones working there and were more interested in talking than offering to help. Once I asked, they didn't know what I was talking about... why do they work at a hardware store if they don't know anything? Where was the adult supervision?

When I visit Ace Hardware I expect to pay more because it's a "neighborhood hardware store." When your prices are higher than the big box stores, the thing that you need in order to differentiate yourself from the competition is customer service. Otherwise, why would someone want to shop there? You can see where this is going... I'm not going to shop somewhere that makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience while they charge me higher prices.

Downhill Fast, horrible service, outrageous attitude from the employees. I have been using this ace for at least 15 years and never will again. Just bad from the front to the management on hand. An example of how not to treat customers.
