Spent half an afternoon searching for the right part for my vehicle.Not only did this store have it in stock that day, but the customer service offered there was superlative. Brett went out of his way to make sure I found the right fit, then patiently searched for my customer rewards account to ensure I got the savings for the purchase :) He was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient.Lots of stores out there but it's people like Brett who will keep me coming back for future needs.Thanks Brett and AAP!

Horrible just horrible. Online this is that they are a UPS drop off location. I go there to drop off a Amazon return and he said sorry we do not have that technology. I told this guy I just did this a few weeks ago as well so he was obviously lying and he refused to return my package for me so I just left I will never go back.

Do not buy anything from these guys as they do not return, warranty or exchange ANYTHING!!! even if it's the next day and you have your receipt and the item is faulty!! The store on Pines in Spokane Valley has an extra bonus in that they have a mentally unstable employee named Amber who will freak out on you, throw stuff at you. grab your receipt and throw it on the floor. when you tell her that she WILL give you back your receipt, she will tell you that she feels threatened and call the cops on you, keep in mind you have already been yelled at, a acused of using the item as needed then trying to return it, had an item off the counter thrown at you and had her wad your receipt up and throw it on the floor on her side of the counter. the coos showed up, 2 of the Valleys finest. another employee came out and told the police that Amber does this to customers and that she was out of line. one of the officers went into the store to try to reason with miss Hurd, I mean Amber. she yelled at him also. Do not buy anything from Advanced Auto Parts!!!!!!! We are stuck with a $117 faulty part that does not work. I'm not sure why Amber is allowed to treat customers this way. Not sure if it's a drug issue, mental condition or if she just enjoys treating people this way

Great employees. Always extra helpful when we come in. Helps my BF every time he goes in there which is all the time now since we won't go to Autozone anymore considering they hire people that literally do not know a single thing about their job, tools or working on cars. So now it's Advanced Auto parts or nothing at all for us

There was this guy named Dan here. He must have been an angel from heaven. I came in needing some tools for paint transfer removal and he gave me just what I needed. He even came out to the parking lot while I was working on the car and gave me some pointers. Fixed it up real well!

Expensive! They Put prices up to give you a sale or coupons. So weird! A part that costs $40 at AutoZone, costs $60 here.. Ridiculous.

I went there yesterday afternoon to buy some floor mats. A guy named Burt helped me he was friendly and helpful. We had a good interaction. Burt’s real name is Bret which we had laugh at cause I first thought Burt had to be short for something like Burthalamule or something But no it wasn’t it’s short for Bret according to his drunk families sense of logic lol Anyways that’s it. I also wanted to mention I thought bro bro was super cute. I don’t think he swings my way but I had to shoot my shot. Purchased an axle here for my car plus a whole bunch of tune-up parts and my axle ended up being the wrong size and when I put it on it snapped I had to return it got a new one
