We stored student furniture during the summer and move in and move out were quick and efficient. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful and made sure we had a great experience. The carts and large elevator were very helpful. We will definitely store our things here again.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service we received from More Space Self Storage in Spokane. I live in Pittsburgh, and my son attends Gonzaga University. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to be there to help him move between his sophomore and junior year—but thanks to Brooke and Rachel, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.
With a tight turnaround between finals and a flight across the country for his brother’s graduation, Brooke and Rachel went above and beyond. They extended hours during finals week, offered a basement unit so he could use the stairs if the elevator was tied up, and most importantly, kept a caring eye on him during a hectic time. As a mom, their thoughtfulness and professionalism put my mind completely at ease.
The facility itself is fantastic—convenient for Gonzaga students, with a large elevator and plenty of carts that make moving in and out a breeze.
If you're a Gonzaga family looking for storage, I can’t recommend More Space enough. Brooke and Rachel are absolute gems!

The staff is friendly and more than willing to help you when available. The building stays a nice cool temperature and the storage units have a wire caged ceiling to prevent damage in case of an unfortunate event. The large commercial elevator and carts help make the move in smooth and efficient. Definitely recommend this place!

More Space Storage is marginally okay. And when I say marginally I am being generous.
Due to my circumstances I have used this facility for a few years and I am always disappointed. They have consistantly raised the rent on the units. An overhead pipe broke in my unit and destroyed some of my belongings that can't be replace and they were like oh sorry. Someone broke into my unit and stole a variety of items and their suggestion was to take photos everytime I came to my unit. They added an insurance charge to my monthly bill, not to protect me but to pay their insurrance.
The most recently idiotic thing is they have now limited the amount of time ONLY 30 MINUTES and how often ONE TIME A DAY customers can access their storage units. So they have convinced an extremely good customer that they really don't want my business. I suggest you look else where if you are looking for storage.

Just started renting from here today and they gave me 10$ off this month which was super nice. Justin at the front desk was a lot of help and he has very nice hair.

A very convenient location, especially for me, cause I don't have to go out of the way to the edge of the city. The process was very smooth, and took the stress out of the process. I called a few places (The ones that weren't far out), and they didn't have very many storage units so they didn't have any available for the size I needed.
The guy who was working at the desk was nice, and wasn't edgy (when the person I have to talk to for a service is edgy, judgemental, bitter , or don't like their job (and you can Obviously tell) it is stressful and I will be avoidant). Has good security and insurance for items.

Today 4-7-24 the storage wasn't open at 11a.m waited until 2p.m still not open, the person who was working came around 3:30 or 4p.m and opened it up, I asked how long he would be open for and he said 8p.m so I'm here and now it's locked. Sunday says 11a.m to 4p.m so either show up on time or don't open for 2hrs and close do your shift hours

Wonderful experience from walking in to unloading our moving truck. Justin provided excellent customer service, showing us numerous units and helping us choose the best option. Easy parking close to the front doors and a supply of loading carts made unloading easy. Would highly recommend.

I have been renting a storage space here for almost a year, and never had issues like there giving me now. I paid my rental fee late due to a hardship I was having, and 2 days later they locked me out again before I could retrieve my things, forcing me to pay another month so I can get my stuff back. This place makes you feel as if they are in there business of stealing people's belongings. I would never recommend a place that makes you feel as though you are trying to steal your own things back. Read their fine print in the contract, because according to the front office gentlemen, which by the way is actually nice, it's due the 1st, and you get locked out by the 3rd. Pretty weird considering they told me there's a five day grace period.
They lack to consider that people could be told this when setting up the rental, but find out after wasting 3 hours to drive to town and back and waste $50 in fuel to find out it's locked. Like I should have to call before I go every time? Ridiculous. This place could do better at explaining these ridiculous rules. I've rented many storage units and never felt so let down from a place.. Period . One star I guess because I would never recommend this place again. Yes I did 4 times, and my friends are going to hear about this.
