Always had a good experience but i wish they would re-open the drivethru. Its been closed for 2 years now and oftentimes its really inconvenient to have to come into the store to get prescriptions especially because they have the door nearest the pharmacy permenantly closed as well.

Melissa is the hands down most amazing pharmacist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with !!!! I have never had such a great experience getting 3 different shots at one time. Melissa is the most professional and happy pharmacist I have ever dealt with in my 60 years. I will recommend this pharmacist to everyone !!!! I can't say enough, just a giant THANK YOU !!!

Always losing my prescriptions. Constantly charging me for my prescriptions even when my prescriptions are paid due to DOUBLE COVERAGE. There is one pharmacist/tech that gets easily confused and just is the worst. Even my doctors office had a hard time with helping me. Will NEVER go back here.

When you wait in the drive thru for twenty min with someone one ahead of you and two people behind you only to be told when it’s your turn that she’s closing the drive thru because she’s busy and we need to come inside and wait after we all were in line for over twenty min to go inside contagious sick and running a fever only to wait in line behind three more people for fifteen more minutes is horrible service why should we have to wait again after waiting in line already and coming into the store sick and contagious exposing people. Horrible horrible service!

The store on Nevada st, in Spokane wa, is trash. Homeless junkies out front asking incoming customers including my self if they knew where to get drugs. Not to mention the 4-5 people I saw in the store stuffing there back pack’s full of merchandise. mentioned to the checker they need security and he replied good luck

I just saw a manager here treat their employee extremely poorly and single them out and i spoke up about it. I dont know the managers name or the employee, but the manager on duty right now is rude and a bad leader. Don't complain you don't have any employees when you don't treat your employees LIKE HUMAN BEINGS!!!!

Just spoke to a snotty "Manager " who refused to help me review security footage when my ID came up missing in a a store that operates in the ghetto. Hung up on me when I called and asked for the footage to be reviewed. "Yeah there has been nothing turned in, that's where it ends with us." Click. It infuriates me when I have a terrible customer service experience, ask for a manager and they say "I am the manager." What are you doing Lance? Do you understand how to train a customer service representative at all?

lately they've been making clerical errors like sending text messages that things are ready and then only giving me some of them, saying they'll fill something and then not doing it for days. this is serious and I'm considering moving pharmacies because of how much i need these meds. a QA person or more staff/ higher wages might help because this is unacceptable. these poor workers must not have the resources. if somebody kills themselves because the pharmacy said they'd fill life or death prescriptions, that is ready when it's not, they're understaffed and that's not their fault, but people could be at risk here.

Poor service. If they dont like you they dont help you. Just tell you to go elsewhere. Threw script out on ground at pickup got no help. Alex has really bab and attitude and the pharmacist backs it up. Sad ppl like this get to keep their jobs. He not even listen to us about what happened! All staff needs retrained on customer services.
